The public is invited to come out for a fun free interactive historical event that features the portrayal of three centuries of rural life, including frontier, settlements and communities. The family-oriented Heri-

Ephrata Lions Club Readies For 41st Annual Sports Show/Auction Shopping News Photo by Donald Reese The Ephrata Lions Club is sponsoring its 41st annual Sports Card Show and Auction on Saturday, October 23, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the Ephrata Recreation Center. The Rec Center is located at 130 South Academy Drive, Ephrata, near the intersection of Route 322 and Route 272. Overflow parking is available at the Ephrata Middle School. Shown in the photo, from left to right, is Brad Lauderman, Jack Forney, Carl Woerner and Nevin Rutt. The Sports Card Show features over seventy dealer tables, where attendees may buy, sell, and trade baseball cards and other sportsrelated items. There is an admission cost to the show. Former Penn State and current Baltimore Raven quarterback Trace McSorley will sign autographs between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. There is a cost for
autographed tickets. All autographs may include only one inscription. Only three hundred autograph tickets will be sold, and are only available in person on
the day of the show. Ticket sales will stop at 12:30 p.m., and all ticket buyers must be in line by 12:45 p.m. No mail orders will be accepted, and there are no advanced ticket
sales. Ticket buyers may bring their own items to be autographed, or items may be purchased from dealers or from the Ephrata Lions Club. A representative from
Certified Authentication Service (CAS) will be onsite to provide authentication of autographs, including inthe-presence certifications (Continued On Page 2A)
