WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12
Shopping News Photo by Donald Reese Spring has finally arrived and kids always look forward to the Annual Akron Lions Easter Egg Hunt held in the Loyd Roland Park on Saturday, April 15 at 1:00 p.m. Age groups include: zero to three years, four and five years, grades one and two, grades three and four, and grades five and six. All kids will receive a chocolate bunny as well. The Lions want to emphasize to be extremely prompt for the 1:00 p.m. start. The Easter Bunny is busy getting ready to make his rounds and was happily painting a few large eggs for his collection. Unbeknownst to him, several children had noticed him at work and quietly snuck up behind him and decided to have a little fun by hauling some of his eggs away to hide. Shown is Connor bringing the wheelbarrow for Ian to load, while Joselynn and Tori make sure everyone is whisper quiet. Special thanks goes out to the anonymous egg suppliers from Ephrata.
