Ed Pennington has been a resident of Sedona since 2001 and a “top producer” in Sedona since the beginning of his real estate career and began his career in Sedona working with Buyers as an exclusive “Buyers Broker”. Prior to moving to Sedona, Ed served as an Executive Board Member and Director of a boys children’s home, housing neglected and abused children in Wheeling, West Virginia. Out of college, Ed worked in the real estate development and building business in Tucson, AZ, developing over 350-acres of luxury custom homes, semi-custom homes, and townhomes called Finnestera. “Success is no accident. I’m welling up with tears of joy and relief as i think about what to write about working with the two best agents, Jeanette Sauer and Ed Pennington. The experience was so absolutely amazing. I could write a book about it. They helped me to negotiate during a very difficult time after my father’s death, provided impeccable detail about every step of the selling and buying process (I’m new to selling and buying), and worked very closely with my brother (who lives in CA) and me to coordinate everything seamlessly during the selling process.
