I’m welling up with tears of joy and relief as i think about what to write about working with the two best agents, Jeanette Sauer and Ed Pennington. The experience was so absolutely amazing. I could write a book about it. They helped me to negotiate during a very difficult time after my father’s death, provided impeccable detail about every step of the selling and buying process (I’m new to selling and buying), and worked very closely with my brother (who lives in CA) and me to coordinate everything seamlessly during the selling process. Once our father’s house sold, the transition to my new house was seamless, as they took every step to assure that the escrows closed on the same day, and they did! Everything from the photographer’s photos of my father’s house, the house description, advertising materials and venues, open communication, responsiveness to every question or concern, was extremely professional and of the highest quality. The photographer Jeanette chose showcased the house beautifully.
