Have 2 spare keys made and ready for our MLS Lockbox
Read through and answer all questions in our Sellers Property Disclosure
Make a list of all upgrades and any important features you
Gather any documents that may be useful in the sale of your home. (i.e survey, inspection reports, monthly utility bills etc.)
Inform me if the home will be vacant or occupied while we are on market.
Ensure your home has been de-cluttered, thoroughly cleaned, and is “show ready”.
If you have a desired location for your sign that you feel would give us excellent exposure, please let me know.
Any current home inspection results.
