by JEANETTE SAUER | #1 Top Producer In Sedona 10 Consecutive Years
ED PENNINGTON Top Volume Producer | Sales Executive
Ed Pennington has been a resident of Sedona since 2001 and a “top producer” in Sedona since the beginning of his real estate career and began his career in Sedona working with Buyers as an exclusive “Buyers Broker”. Prior to moving to Sedona, Ed served as an Executive Board Member and Director of a boys children’s home, housing neglected and abused children in Wheeling, West Virginia. Out of college, Ed worked in the real estate development and building business in Tucson, AZ, developing over 350-acres of luxury custom homes, semi-custom homes, and townhomes called Finnestera. “Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all LOVE of what you are doing”, says Ed. Two consecutive years in a row, Ed and real estate partner, Jeanette, set record-breaking sales, selling two of Sedona’s most iconic properties, “El Rojo Grande” for $14,700,000 and the “Cultural Park” for $20 Million. Although Ed could have retired over a decade ago, he loves what he does, calls his father every day and frequently visits his beloved father, who proudly served in the military most of his career for our Country, now 104 years old!

Jeanette Sauer
#1 Top Producer 2021/2022 | Sales Executive
Awarded Sedona’s #1 Top Sales Producer in 2022, Jeanette Sauer has an impressive track record, closing over $78M in volume that year alone. Her success is a result of savvy negotiations, unwavering integrity, and cutting-edge marketing strategies. At a recent award ceremony, where she was honored as “Sedona’s Top Producer,” Jeanette humbly stated, “I’d rather be the #1 sweetheart to the love of my life and a #1 Glam’Ma than be recognized as the #1 REALTOR® by the community!” Her dedication to her clients is evident at every step, and their testimonials speak volumes. Jeanette made Sedona her fulltime home in 2015, partnering with renowned agent Ed Pennington, a move she considers one of the best of her career since selling her company in 2007. Originally from San Diego, Jeanette and her husband seized a business opportunity in Arizona, where they raised their son and embraced a new chapter. After successfully growing a finance company, Jeanette decided to embark on new adventures, traveling to destinations like New Zealand, Japan, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Canada. She also developed a passion for snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking in Tahoe, where her family purchased a home near Incline Village. However, Jeanette felt the call of a new challenge and obtained her real estate license, attending schools in Nevada, California, and Arizona. When asked about her motivation to pursue real estate after early retirement, Jeanette explained, “Once you’ve been instilled with a strong work ethic and have the drive to utilize your skills, it’s hard to sit back and just enjoy life. I missed the rewarding relationships with clients that I built throughout my career.” Her secret to success? Listening to her clients’ wants and needs, living by a moral code of excellence, and cherishing the relationships she develops from start to finish. Jeanette aims for all parties involved in a transaction to feel like winners, without unnecessary drama.
