To serve and impact this low-income community with our established academic model and growth trajectory, we are opening our doors at our new, larger location. Investing in a high-quality education for young people, sparks hope for a bright future.
INSPIRE MINDS
Seattle Nativity School provides an education that nourishes souls and ignites leaders for love and service. Our program provides low-income middle school students with a pathway out of poverty through a rigorous education that is tuition-free. Our proven Nativity model prioritizes long-term, powerful relationships in our Graduate Support Program which extend through high school and college and into initial career opportunities.
CHANGE LIVES
The greater Seattle area benefits when students from low-income communities break the cycle of poverty. Our STEM-based education provides technological and scientific knowledge preparing our students for success in careers that will lead our future workforce. By forming our young people to be service-oriented, intellectually competent persons of good character, Seattle Nativity School improves the social, physical and economic vitality of students, their families, and the larger community.

An endowment of $3,500,000 by 2025, will provide a sustainable source of revenue for our tuition-free model. Gifts of $50,000 are eligible for a Named Endowment Fund.

OUR MISSION
Seattle Nativity School is a Catholic, Jesuit-endorsed, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) middle school seeking to break the cycle of poverty through an education that nourishes souls and ignites leaders for love and service.
IGNITE HOPE INSPIRE MINDS CHANGE LIVES
Annually, we review different measures to review our success. Some of the information relies on context. For example, in the greater South Seattle public and charter schools, 48% of low-income high school seniors transitioned directly into a college program. In 2022, 100% of our high school seniors transitioned directly into 2-year or 4-year college programs. The median annual income for a Nativity family of five is $34,414.
