It is with profound gratitude that I welcome you to Seattle Nativity School Board of Director’s 2023- 24 Impact Report, Middle School & More. As we reflect on another year of growth, achievement, and unwavering commitment to our mission, we are reminded that the journey of our students extends far beyond the classroom.
&m Seattle Nativity School was founded with a singular mission: to break the cycle of poverty through education.
We serve underserved families from the Greater Seattle area by providing an academically rigorous, Catholic education in the
Jesuit tradition to middle school students in grades 6, 7, and 8.
Our commitment to these bright young minds continues when they leave our halls. Through our Graduate Support Program,
we walk alongside our students through the next critical stages
of their educational journey, offering guidance, mentorship, and resources throughout high school, college and into their careers.
As our students have grown through the years, so have we. For the past four years, 100% of our Nativity graduates have graduated from high school on time. Of those students, 93% have transitioned directly to a two-year or four-year college or technical school. These students are living proof that with academic instruction, the right support and opportunities, the cycle of poverty can indeed be broken.

The addition of our Dean of Instruction and Dean of Students created the desirable student-teacher1 ratio of 10:1, impacting student learning and teacher tenure. In our core curriculum, students learn Algebra 1, financial literacy, letter writing, leadership, health education, and environmental education. We encourage our students to use their knowledge for personal growth and achievement. 1
