Applicant must be a member of the South Dakota City Management Association. The 2018 ICMA Conference is scheduled September 23-26 in Baltimore, Maryland. The Scholarship fund allows for up to $1,500 per year, which may be awarded to more than one applicant at the discretion of the Board. SDCMA will reimburse the City of the scholarship recipient expenses related to registration, airfare, lodging, transportation, and meals not included in the conference package. Recipient is responsible for keeping all receipts and submitting them to the SDML for reimbursement. All reimbursement costs are subject to SDCMA board approval. Please submit the completed application to SDML, 208 Island Drive, Ft. Pierre, SD 57532 or fax to 605224-8655 no later than July 1, 2018, to be considered for the scholarship.
