This year, Westhouse celebrated its 20-year company anniversary and invited all employees to Milan, where they – all together – defined new company values: innovation, motivation, passion, respect and transparency. One example is Aster, head of HR & Compliance in Switzerland. She started in 2021 and, straight after maternity leave, took over a part-time managing position.
