2021 Award Winners Honoring RASM’s Finest

ach year, leaders from our membership are nominated by their peers for their significant dedication to the Association and to the community. RASM proudly celebrates the 2021 award recipients and honors their achievements at the Annual Installation and Awards event, which will be broadcasted virtually on Thursday, December 9, 2021. We are proud to recognize those who have inspired, motivated, and contributed to a successful 2021.
REALTOR® OF THE YEAR Amy Worth, Broker Associate with RE/MAX Platinum Realty The Realtor® of the Year award honors a Realtor® who has contributed to RASM, Florida REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and has recognized service to the community and other business accomplishments. A recipient’s activities during the past three years are given strong consideration. This year’s top honor goes to Amy Worth, Broker Associate with RE/ MAX Platinum Realty. Over a career that spans more than 30 years, Amy has passionately worked to enhance the Realtor® brand, advance the industry, and make a positive impact on her profession. Her industry involvement is extensive which includes serving as the 6 | ELEVATE [ DECEMBER 2021 ]
2019 President of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. She has served on the Board of Directors, Nominating Committee, Professional Standards Committee, RPAC Committee, and is Chair of the RASM REALTOR® Charitable Foundation Fundraising Committee. “Amy has spent her career leading by example,” said Alex Krumm, 2021 RASM President. “She’s been a creative powerhouse with big ideas (and, importantly, the grit to get them off the ground) while being a mover and shaker behind the scenes. Her contribution to our Association is profound; we’re much better off for her presence, and there’s nobody more deserving of this award than she.” Amy credits her success to the support and mentorship she has received throughout her career and now strives to be that example for her peers. Her passion for real estate is evident in all she does. She served as the 2013 Women’s Council of REALTORS® State President, as well as on the Women’s Council National Executive Committee. At Florida REALTORS®, Amy has received the Florida Honor Society Award for 9 consecutive years, is a 2013 Florida REALTORS® Leadership Academy graduate, has served on the Board of Directors since 2012, and has served on several committees and task forces. In the community, she volunteers for a variety of causes and is passionate about fundraising to support Children’s Miracle Network, First Step Sarasota, and Silent Angels. In her “spare” time Amy enjoys a successful career with RE/MAX Platinum Realty where she has been named to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. As her leadership roles have expanded, so has her business. “You can be a volunteer leader and still be very successful in your business,” said Worth. “It is all about giving back to a profession that gives so much to us. I am extremely honored and grateful to receive the RASM Photography by Shylarose Photography.
