KEVIN GHEE, Writer I Producer I Director Kevin Ghee is the writer, producer and director of Operation: Freedom. He began screenwriting in the early 2000’s. His first project, a short film that he wrote, produced and directed was acquired by SLMG (Simmons Lathan Media Group). After attending the UCLA Extension program he is currently writing and producing more content as well as directing. Kevin is a veteran of the Philadelphia Police department and serves as Personal security for some of the biggest names in Hollywood.. He has a combined 24yrs in law enforcement and Executive Protection.

About DERRICK WILLIAMS Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Derrick Williams is certainly no stranger to the film world. It all started when Steven Spielberg and Spike Lee accidentally spilled their sodas on a young Derrick at a sold out New York Knicks versus Los Angeles Lakers basketball game. It was fate. The soda fell all over his head and the fluid seeped into his brain cells. That’s when he knew he wanted to become a filmmaker for life.
Shortly after, Derrick headed to Philadelphia where he began studying undergraduate film at Temple University utilizing course work to develop skills in directing and producing. Upon graduation, Derrick went on to produce several short films, music videos, commercials and documentaries that have won various awards for television networks such as Aspire TV, Showtime, BET and HBO.
Derrick has been inspired by the works of Ron Howard (Frost/Nixon), Ava DuVernay (Queen Sugar), F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton), Alfred Hitchcock (Psycho), Melina Matsoukas, Hype Williams, Spike Lee and many others in their ability to bring captivating images to the television and silver screen. In the meantime, the wide range of styles that make up his body of work, though diverse in content, all bear one defining hallmark: the ability to change gears and uncover a fresh, creative vision for each new project he turns his attention to. “Faith don’t make it easy, faith makes it possible”.

CINEMATOGRAPHER Mark Nistico is an award-winning director of photography and editor whose work has been included in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Permanent Core Collection. Mark has shot short and feature length narrative and documentary films, television pilots, music videos and commercial advertisements for such clients as NASA, Mercedes Benz, Continental Tires, General Tire, Texas Pete, Optimum / Altice, Nissan, Ricoh USA and Rutgers University. His most recent credits include the 2018 Super Bowl spot "Football vsFutebol" for Altice/ Optimum featuring Cristiano Ronaldo and the 2017 Altice/ Optimum spot "Viral Underwear" also featuring Cristiano Ronaldo. Mark holds a B.A. from The College of New Jersey with a concentration in television/ film and a minor in English. After college Mark transitioned into the television industry and worked as a story producer and editor for such networks as NBC, CBS and MTV.
Nakia Dillard, Jonathan Actor, writer, director, and entrepreneur, Nakia Dillard is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania As a child, his love of arts introduced him to a whole new world of colors, animation, and imagination. Being extremely talented in this field of artistry.Nakia anticipated this as a life career and profession. However, that was before he enrolled and attended his Alma mater, the prestigious Freedom Theater in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There he met the renowned acting coach Ricardo Martin who introduced him to the Rainbow Company where he further pursued his acting abilities and progressed to performing at the distinguished Hedgerow and The Wilma Theaters. Nakia has worked alongside with some of the most recognized and very influential names in the industry including actor and director Bill Duke. He has appeared as a frequent character in the critically acclaimed TV series "The Wire", which commenced his TV and film career. Nakia was soon appearing in projects with Gerard Butler, Jamie Foxx, Anthony Mackie, Wendell Pierce, Kerry Washington and other notable performers. Today, Nakia is steadily fulfilling one of his lifelong dreams as an activist and entrepreneur in the community that propelled his career. He is the founder of Aikan Entertainment Solutions and Aikan Acting Academy. Aikan Entertainment Solutions is an organization that empowers, encourages and challenges the entrepreneurial spirits of the youth. Aikan Acting Academy trains and prepares students of all ages beginning at age five through adult, in the art of acting as well as other artistic creative outlets. ABRAHAM MAKANY, Saddiq Abraham Makany is a TV & Film actor known for his work in “Gotham” (FOX), the pilot “Deception” (ABC),“The Ridge: Origins” (Amazon), “The Blacklist” (NBC), “Orange is the New Black” (Netflix), “Blue Bloods”(CBS), “Homeland” (Showtime), “Blindspot” (NBC), “The Americans” (FX), “HAPPYish” (Showtime), “Person of Interest” (CBS) and the feature films El Gallo and Saint Nicholas available now on Video on Demand. Abraham attended Rutgers University and is a NationalYoungArts Foundation alum.
BRUCE KIRKPATRICK, Vice President Bruce graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in acting, and has not stopped since, (acting that is). The early part of his career was highlighted with mostly theater. He has acted in plays such as “The Hairy Ape”, and “View from a Bridge.” Later in his career he appeared on Broadway in the first 3 Act play that Tennessee Williams had ever written, “Not About Nightingales.” It proved to be a moving and educational experience for him. Bruce has been fortunate throughout his illustrious career to have worked with great people on great projects including “The Wire”, “Law and Order”, “Law and Order SVU”, “NYPD Blue”, and “Life on Mars.” Movies of the week include “Blindspot”, “For I Have Sinned”, “Against Her Will”, and “Silent Witness.” Feature films include “The Lovely Bones”, “Little Children”, “Twelve Monkeys”, “The Dark Half”, and the original “Day of the Dead.” The first feature film Bruce ever worked on was “Flashdance”. A low budget feature film that was never expected to become as successful as it did. Little did he know at the time how much he would enjoy working in this film genre. Each independent film that he worked on was rewarding and fulfilling to Bruce as a professional. “Blue Collar Boys” is no exception. Bruce is very proud of the final product and hopes you find it as tremendous a film as he does.

IAN JARVIS, CIA Director Ian Jarvis is a veteran actor and producer, known for Inside Llewyn Davis (2013), The Assassin (2007) and Landline (2017). With over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, she possesses what seems to be a supernatural flair of style and fashion that is valued by her clients. When it comes to being called on for her fashionable words of wisdom, she has been quoted on national media outlets Bustle.com, Forbes.com, MSN.com, and Ebony magazine to mention a few.
GREG HEDGEPATH Re-recording engineer / sound mixer Greg Hedgepath works as a supervising sound editor at Formosa Group in Los Angeles. He started at NPR in Washington D.C. as a mixer, then worked at Skywalker Sound for 6 years. He later moved to Los Angeles as a rerecording mixer at an independent post facility then joined the union as a sound editor at Sony Studios. After Sony he became an independent sound supervisor. Greg created the sound for the tornados in TWISTER, was a sound designer on the Academy Award winner SPEED, and has supervised INCREDIBLE HULK, SELMA, and STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON to name a few. Sofía was born in 1989 in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia). Among her musical productions different types of work can be found, from pieces for the audiovisual world to academiccontemporary compositions. Although it is hard to label her musical style due to its diversity, it can be affirmed she has special skills to write on different genres, as she had a strong and traditional training on music composition: orchestral, vocal, electronic, classical, minimal, experimental music, etc. She courses her composition studies at the Conservatory of Oviedo 'Eduardo MartínezTorner’ (Spain), specializing in general and audiovisual composition with a final research about the main aesthetic tendencies among the Spanish young composers. Simultaneously, she completes the degree in Primary Teaching, being trained, in this way, in her two main passions (2013). Later, she studies a Master of Education at the University of Oviedo (2014) and a ‘Master in composing for film and TV' (2015) at the Kingston University of London with distinction in her Final Project about the New York Times' ‘14 actors acting'. Nowadays she is researching in a PhD program about Artificial Intelligence as a compositional tool. She composes the soundtracks for shorfilms like 'Asco' (2013), 'Foto de Familia' (2014) and 'La Pelota' (2017) by the director Fernando G.
