L.E.A.D. - Leadership Exploration, Advancement and Development Program The Leadership Development Challenge: Many organizations are challenged with creating development programing designed to increase the capability and capacity of early career talent enterprise wide that is self-paced, cost effective, and scalable across the organization. The desire to empower leaders at all levels to excel in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Agile) world. Many leadership development programs and executive coaching programs can be cost prohibitive and finding ways. Recent college grads and emerging leaders are looking for ways to increase their skills that meet them where they are.
The L.E.A.D. Solution: Empowered Leaders Academy L.E.A.D. Program is designed to support the development of members through programing designed to accelerate the effectiveness of leaders early in their career. Designed with the millennial leader in mind, the program allows members to develop at their own pace and learn from the questions, issues and concerns of their colleagues both in and outside their organization. The program integrates leadership skills and mindset required to excel and prepare them for additional responsibility. L.E.A.D. is designed to be accessible to both individuals and organizations interested in investing in the leadership capacity of the individual.

A sought after speaker, and strategic planning expert, Cornelia works with clients to expand their capacity, increase their capability and drive clarity in their organization to ultimately increase the bottom line.

Cornelia holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where she studied abroad at Melbourne Business School and was a part of the Global Leadership International study program in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Japan. Additionally, Cornelia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is the author of the international Best Seller Design Your Live and is currently working on her second book Empowered: Strategies for Executive Success.

L.E.A.D. Membership Includes: Welcome Webinar – Getting the Most from the Academy Duration / Fee: This on demand intensive is self paced and members have access for 6 months. The fee is $2,500 per student. Fee will be invoiced following application and acceptance. Enrollment date is set upon receipt of payment.
On – Demand Curriculum of 12 Modules Six All Access Q&A Sessions
On Demand Learning: Members are provided access to our core curriculum through our online learning platform. The 12 modules are designed to be studied bi-weekly. Students have on demand access to all modules upon enrollment to allow for flexibility to accommodate the immediate development needs of our members.
All Access Sessions: For 6 months, members will be invited to participate in one all access session per month of 45 – 60 minutes in duration designed to answer members questions and support the integration of the concepts. Recordings are available of all sessions and questions are submitted in advance.
Private Support Community: Over the course of the program members have access to a member only community within our online learning center where they can expand their internal and external network, accelerate their development through the perspective of their peers and leverage their existing learning and connection patterns.
Impact Statement: At the end of the program, members are asked to participants complete a statement outlining the impact the program has had on their career development. These statements are shared with their company sponsor.

Scope Of Service: The Empowered Leaders Academy is a professional development program. It does not replace the need for professional services including psychotherapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice and planning. The program in no way replaces sponsoring companies performance processes. All Access Sessions will not cover issues focused on employment law, or disciplinary action. Members questions will be answered and individuals may be provided with additional resources to support their ongoing development. Members and sponsoring companies agree to hold 3C Consulting harmless for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct result of a specific resource or action taken based on program learning’s and experiences.
Termination: Because of the on demand nature of the program, members can cancel at anytime WITHOUT a refund.
