The Chamber Resource Campaign (CRC) guide will provide you with an efficient platform to plan your engagement in Rochester Chamber events, programs, and more throughout 2025.
This CRC Guide is a showcase of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce events and programs, providing you with valuable details such as event descriptions, available sponsorship levels, and benefits associated with each opportunity.

Linking Leaders & Industry fosters meaningful discussion and collaboration between declared candidates for local political office and the Rochester area business community. This series provides a platform for businesses to provide tours of their location and engage in dialogue with the candidates on challenges and opportunities for their business, including the impacts of policy decisions on their operations. Lemonade Day is a community-wide program that teaches local youth entrepreneurial and life skills as they learn how to start their very own business. • Contracts cancelled during the contract term will be invoiced at the approved rate for the remainder of the contract.
• All email newsletter advertising invoices are due within 60 days. Payments received past 60 days are subject to a 5% late payment charge. Invoices can be billed per issue or as a combined invoiced. Combined invoices must be payed ahead of time.
• Ad artwork and link must be sent to svanoss@rochestermnchamber.com a business day prior to being sent out. For example, Weekly Update ad artwork and link will need to be received by Friday afternoon to be included in the following Monday’s Weekly Update. The link sent can be to a website, PDF file, YouTube video, or email address.
• Ad artwork is accepted in PNG or JPEG file format.
• All fonts should be outlined and all links should be embedded.
• We recommend sending files at 150dpi. The Chamber is not responsible for any pixelation that may occur in low resolution images or files.
• Advertiser is solely responsible for the content, branding, and for compliance with any applicable regulating laws.
The annual Rochester Area Community Guide & Chamber Directory features a regional industry overview and the community at a glance. It also serves as a directoy of over 1,200 Chamber members.
Overall, 2,500 area businesses and organizations, current and new residents, and incoming businesses to the area received physical copies of the guide throughout the year.

• There are five ad spaces per placement option. Ads will rotate between other advertisers.
• Advertisers have the opportunity to provide new ad artwork to switched out once every 30 days on the first business day of the month. Every additional ad artwork switch will result in $50 will be added on to invoice.
