Witness against Arnie recants confession

he counsel for Board Member Arnie Teves’ case of frustrated murder confirmed that the lone witness against the legislator, one Herman Escora, who is now detained for illegal possession of explosives, has recanted his earlier confession saying he was made to “confess” under duress. He was allegedly mauled before made to sign a confession. Counsel Atty. Vicente dela Plaza said he is confident his client will be exonerated. Meanwhile, in the Pororoy Larena murder case, lead prosecutor Atty.
