LET’S REFLECT ON OUR 2025 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
At the beginning of the year, we made a big goal for 2025: What if we could give our Customers even more data without raising prices? Our competitors thought we were crazy, but we never let the idea go. Fast forward to July – Ultra Refresh was a smash hit! Our 3GB Plan became 4GB, 5GB turned into 8GB, 10GB grew into 12GB and 15GB exploded into 24GB. And we weren’t done yet, not by a long shot!
This year, we added the Go Roam Mexico Data Pass to all 24GB, Unlimited and Unlimited+ Plans. As part of our commitment to keep loved ones connected worldwide, we added $10/mo in international calling credit and a $10 roaming credit to use in over 200 global destinations to all Ultra Unlimited Plans. Plus, all Ultra Unlimited+ Plans received a $15/mo international calling credit and a $15 roaming credit.
To commemorate this huge accomplishment, our logo got a long-overdue makeover! We wanted our new logo to reflect our position as the leading low-cost wireless carrier with built-in international features. To show this evolution of the brand, we replaced the old SIM card with a globe, which modernized the logo’s look-and-feel and referenced our mission to strengthen global connections.
This year, we also showed Ultra-love to our Independent Wireless Retailer Family. We launched more limited-time promotions like the Ultra Flash Sale that brought new Customers to your stores. Our new compensation programs, like the 100% Bonus Incentive, proved that it pays to be an Ultra Mobile Retailer with higher earnings than ever – and we were so proud to see your creative in-store displays of all the new Ultra Mobile collateral we rolled out!

This year, we rolled out a fleet of mobile billboards to spread our message of Wireless Without Borders. Our goal for these billboards was to define what Ultra stood for beyond just wireless service. Wireless Without Borders is our way of seeing the world as an interconnected community – and that true connection spans across borders.
