HR TEAM WELCOME NEW STAFF CHRISTMAS 2021

National Director I am very excited to be part of Newton College. In my work experience, I have always had Newton College as a reference for innovation and good teaching practices, so it is an honor for me to now belong to this organization. I am a teacher by vocation and training. I specialized in Hearing, Language, and Learning Disabilities and subsequently completed a Master's degree in Education Policy at the University of Melbourne, Australia. As part of my Master's studies, I visited more than 20

schools, technical colleges, and universities in several countries to observe good educational management practices and analyze different approaches to educational problems from local and global contexts. I have 9 years of experience working in IB schools. I started my professional experience as a PYP tutor, and in the last few years I have worked as an Early Childhood and Primary Coordinator, and PYP

Coordinator. In these two weeks, I have already felt part of the Newton family. I have realized that we share a mentality of continuous improvement, and I am sure that together we will achieve an increasingly efficient school through constant communication and teamwork. Therefore, my office doors are always open and you can contact me whenever you need to. Thank you all for this warm welcome!
