Having a solid network is a vital part of making any change in a community, government, business or even in private life. Knowing which people to go to for asking the complex questions and getting the right answers in order to advance in life in general is crucial, often this is an overlooked aspect living in a more overstimulated individually driven society.
Therefore, we help young professionals to become a relevant authority in their field knowing individuals within their eco-system, develop their professional skills to reach out to those individuals, communicate effectively, and lobby within their sphere of influence. NETWORKS

Young professionals should already learn the basics of the 'art of networking' to be able to become relevant in any field or sector their passionate about. Especially in a changing eco-system that is becoming evermore complex, challenging and fast-paced.
Giving workshops to young professionals as a form of training or session (long or short form) allows us to bring these examples, reports and case-studies to the community so that they are well informed, equipped and prepared.

Education has always been an important aspect for those that can afford such privileges while growing up, not everyone has the benefit to go to university or even basic schooling itself, which is a huge problem even in modern society. Crucial decision-making processes in sustainable development or digitization should be based upon relevant experience, research and results accessible to for everyone.
Globalization has a huge impact in how people interact, cultivate and exchange ideas, especially with the rise of the internet, the world seems to be smaller than ever before.
The importance of multiculturalism has proven to be relevant as our curiosity for interacting with various cultures, traditions and wisdom expands our minds and hearts.

Young professionals are able to get out their comfort zone in meeting new cultures in order to become more confident, open-minded and innovative in their worldview. The European Union has created the European Youth Strategy 2020-30. This strategy provides policy guidance and a broad political roadmap for youth in Europe. Part of this roadmap are the international Erasmus+ Exchanges, as an international organization we select Belgian youngsters to take part in these fully-funded international exchange programmes, which we as a lead-partner organize multiple times a year.
