LABORAL WORKSHOPS

The Human Resources Department, managed by Yesenia Natal, has conducted seminars for the benefit of Ramey Job Corps Management Staff. The training and motivation of our leaders is very important to achieve success in the organization.

The first of these workshops was about “Professional, Personal and Collective Motivation” This was offered by a renowned professor who is an expert in personnel management.

Another workshop was focused on “Labor Laws”. This workshop, led by expert lawyers in the labor field, was focused on how to maintain a “safe work environment” and away from behaviors that could represent violations of the law.

In just one year he finished his workshop and thanks to the Ramey Job Corps diploma, today he works as a Supervisor for Power Solar, a company that specializes in the sale and installation of solar panels. Kevin is an example of discipline since in just two years he had excelled at his job and today he is the leader of a group of workers.

Thank you, Kevin, for being an example for our students!
