Heures d’ouverture La piscine intérieure, sauna et hammam sont ouverts chaque jour de 6h à 23h. Il n’y a pas de surveillance autour de la piscine. Pendant les vacances, période de fêtes et en cas de demande spécifique, les heures d’ouverture peuvent être modifiées. Le port du maillot est obligatoire dans le Balmoral Wellness Center.

Les enfants de moins de 16 ans ne sont pas autorisés au Balmoral Wellness Center pendant les heures de soins et n’ont pas accès aux soins, qu’ils soient résidents ou non à l’hôtel. Le calme et la tranquillité sont demandés au Balmoral Wellness Center. La direction se réserve le droit d’exclure toute personne dont le comportement ira à l’encontre de la tranquillité du centre de bien-être.

• Nous vous recommandons de réserver vos soins avant votre arrivée au numéro suivant : +32 (0)87 79 21 41 • Pour toute réservation, un numéro de carte de crédit ou votre numéro de voucher vous sera demandé en garantie ainsi qu’un numéro de téléphone où nous pourrons vous joindre. • En cas de changement ou d’annulation de votre réservation, nous vous prions de nous le signaler au minimum 48h à l’avance. Dans le cas contraire, nous vous informons que la totalité des soins vous sera facturée. • Pour votre confort, nous vous prions de vous présenter 5 min avant le début de votre soin à l’accueil du Balmoral Wellness Center. • Une arrivée tardive ne pourra malheureusement pas entrainer la prolongation de votre soin et la totalité de celui-ci vous sera facturée. • La carte des soins peut être modifiée sans annonce au préalable, un soin équivalent vous sera proposé par le Balmoral Wellness Center.

Lunch en peignoir Le lunch se prendra dans l’espace repas au sein du Balmoral Wellness Center. Réservation le jour même avant 11h30 et servi entre 12h et 14h. Bon appétit !

Openingstijden Het Balmoral Wellness Center is 7 dagen per week voor iedereen toegangkelijk. Kinderen onder 16 jaar worden niet toegelaten in het Balmoral Wellness Center (inclusief zwembad) gedurende behandeltijden. Wij verzorgen geen behandelingen voor kinderen onder 16 jaar. Gelieve de rust en seriniteit te respecteren tijdens uw verblijf in het Balmoral Wellness Center. Bij ongewenst gedrag heeft de directie van het Balmoral Wellness Center het recht om de betreffende persoon of personen te verwijderen.

• Wij adviseren u voor aankomst in het hotel te reserveren via telefoonnummer: +32 (0) 87 79 21 41. • Bij elke reservering wordt uw credit card of voucher gevraagd, alsmede uw telefoonnummer (om u, indien nodig, te kunnen bereiken). • Bij annulering of verandering van reservering vragen wij u om ons minimaal 48 uur op voorhand te informeren. Indien dit niet gebeurd, wordt de volledige reservering aangerekend. • Ten behoeve van uw comfort wordt u gevraagd om u 5 minuten voor aanvang van de gewenste behandeling te melden bij de receptie van het Balmoral Wellness Center. • Bij een te late aankomst zal de betreffende reservering of behandeling niet in tijd verlengd worden en zal de volledige reservering aangerekend worden. • Een aanpassing van behandelingen kan zonder voorafgaande aankondiging geschieden, waarbij in dat geval een gelijkwaardige behandeling zal worden voorgesteld door het Balmoral Wellness Center.
Prijslijst Prijzen zijn per persoon, inclusief BTW en service. Deze kunnen onderhevig zijn aan verandering.
Lunch in badjas De lunch wordt geserveerd in het lunch-gedeelte van het Balmoral Wellness Center. Reserveren mogelijk tot 11:30 uur en de lunch wordt tussen 12:00 uur en 14:00 uur gebracht. Geniet van uw lunch!

Heures d’ouverture The Balmoral Wellness Center is open to all public 7 days a week. Children under 16 are not allowed in the Balmoral Wellness Center during treatment hours. We do not provide treatments to children under 16 years old. Quietness and peacefulness are asked in the Balmoral Wellness Center. The Balmoral Wellness Center may exclude any person who does not respect the policies or who behaves inappropriately.
Treatment hours Monday through Friday 10:00 am – 06:00 pm Saturday 09:00 am – 06:00 pm Sunday 09:00 am – 04:00 pm The Balmoral Wellness Center is open daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. There is no supervision at the pool. Opening and treatment hours might be changed during holidays, vacation periods and for special events.

General information and conditions Reservations • We recommend you to book your treatments before your arrival via telephone number: +32 (0) 87 79 21 41. • At the time of reservation, a credit card or a voucher number will be requested as a guarantee as well as a telephone number (in case we need to contact you). • If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In case the 48 hour notice is not respected, 100% of the treatment rate will be charged. • For your convenience, please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your treatment at the welcome desk of the Balmoral Wellness Center. • A late arrival will not lead to the extension of your treatment and the complete treatment will be charged. • Treatments might be modified without prior notice, in which case the Balmoral Wellness Center will propose you an equivalent treatment.
Rates Rates are per person, including VAT and service. Rates are subject to changes.
Lunch in bathrobe The lunch is served at the lunch area in the Balmoral Wellness Center. Reservations until 11:30 a.m. on the day and the lunch will be delivered between 12:00 noon and 2.00 p.m. Enjoy your lunch !
