Our beginnings... Felix from England decided to make a tribute to artisan bread, dedicating time to research and learn about fermentation and baking. Annie, from Guatemala admires this new process and decides to support him. Some days the result is great, others not so much, but together they find in this humble tradition a door to many opportunities. They start their journey by building a wood fired brick oven using recycled materials donated from a friend. The support and encouragement from family and good friends give them a push to open a small café in the garage of their house with a few simple tables in the garden. This soon became an attraction for the public.
