It was with undoubted satisfaction that Queen's College learnt of the results of her candidates at the 1968 Advanced Level examination. Messrs. Kunar, Aaron and Roach, who each received three distinctions at this examination, were all awarded Guyana Scholarships based on these results. Messrs. Keith Aaron was born in total of twenty-nine distinctions, Georgetown in 1949. He received a unique achievement in the anhis primary education at the St. nals of Queen's College. James-the-Less ahd Fountain Roy Rajpaul Kunar was born A.M.E. schools, and his secondat Zorg on the Essequibo coast ary education at Central High. in 1949. He attended the Ogle Canadian Mission School, from which he obtained the scholarship that earned him a free place at Queen's in September 1961. A member of Nobbs House, M r. Kunar represented t he school in Under-16 cricket competition and was vice-captain for his house in the same game. Our most accomplished actor, James La Rose
again plays the leading role, of the dethroned king Richard, while the Dynamic Geoffrey Massay portrays Henry Boling broke, the usurper. Other major actors include J . Carmichael, T, Phillips, L. Adams; G. Evans, S. Ghoshe and G. Caleb. The cast will be supplemented by guest actresses. The Producer to command this array is Mr. Michael Drepaul. The play is scheduled for five nights only, December 10- 13 and 15. Tickets are available from any Q.C. student. M. T· Phillips.
There he acquired seven subjects at the Ordinary Level, and entered Q.C. in 1965. A versatile character, he was the school cricket captain and represented the country in the Colts match against the M.c.c. He was captain of the victorious under-21 side in the 1968 Inter-territorial Tournament. When asked to comment on discipline in the school, Mr. Aaron replied, "A fairly high standard of discipline is maintained despite thf! infrequent use of the cane." He added that sports in Q.C. is on the decline since many boys now neglect games on being admitted to the Sixth. He received his sec• • ondary education at Berbice High and Tutorial High gaining five subjects at the '0' Level while at I· ~ Tutorial.
