She is Professor and Coordinator of a Jean Monnet Module in European Integration at the University of Bologna, campus of Buenos Aires. From 1994 to 2004 she was an External Advisor for the Mercosur Department at the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional y Culto de la República Argentina (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina). She is currently a Substitute Referee in the Tribunal Permanente de Revisión del Mercosur (Arbitration Review Permanent Court of Mercosur). She is an expert in Economic Integration and International Economic Law. He has an extensive academic career, as a Professor and General Secretary in FLACSO (Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales), Professor at the University of Bologna, campus of Buenos Aires, and former Director of the Integration Master Program at the University of Buenos Aires. He is presently member of the Board of the Banco Central Argentino (Central Bank of Argentina). He is an expert in Financial Institutions, Monetary Systems and Economic Development. She is Jean Monnet Professor ad personam and Director of Punto Europa - Buenos Aires at the University of Bologna, Campus of Buenos Aires. She is an expert in Security, History of Technology in the XXth Century and European Integration. Ramón Torrent Macau Degree and Ph.D. in Law (University of Barcelona, Spain). He has an extensive career as a Professor of Political Economy at the University of Barcelona. He was Associate Professor at the University of Paris-IV and Visiting Professor at the University of Bologna, campus of Buenos Aires. From 1988 to 1998 he was member of the Legal Services of the Council of the European Union, and Director of Foreign Economic Relations therein from 1994 to 1998. He is the current Director of the Globalization Observatory at the University of Barcelona. He is an expert in International Political Economy.
