The successful candidate will stand in to manage the school catering team as required, to ensure the delivery of a safe, healthy and high‐ quality catering service to the school, which is within budget and to customer satisfaction. This will include all aspects of food preparation, cooking and food service, kitchen and dining area hygiene and other duties associated with food service operations; as well as providing a supportive environment for the ongoing development of existing staff. Our team look after over 500 vehicles ranging from small cars to large trucks including several specialist vehicles. Estates Manager Salary: £46,326 (increasing to £49,831 based on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff Salary Spine points 28 – 31) 37 Hours per week Full year, Permanent The post is vacant from 5th January 2026, but an earlier start date is desirable to allow for a handover. The College is seeking a highly motivated full-time Estates Manager to lead and manage the College’s estate. Worcester Sixth Form College has 1800 full-time 16-19 students and an excellent reputation for its results, extra-curricular provision and support for students. The College is rated Ofsted good (2023) and is part of the Heart of Mercia Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) which was formed on 1 April 2019 and delivers post-16 education in Hereford, Stourbridge and Worcester. Asset Team Leader Salary: An annual salary of £41,771 - £46,142 The Asset Management Team is looking for a Team Leader to help manage the delivery of our planned, cyclical home improvement and decarbonisation works to the standards required by the Regulator of Social Housing. The successful candidate must hold a HNC in Construction or similar and ideally also hold NEBOSH and CITB Health and Safety for Managers. Working mainly from home the hours of work are flexible except for attendance at 6 evening council meetings per year.
