Happy November! One of my favorite months…and not just because my birthday is this month! For me, November is a time of reflection and gratitude. In spite of this bizarre and difficult year, I’m finding the gratitude for my health and that of my family is front and center all the time. We’ve been lucky. My heart breaks for so many who have not.

One thing I would have never predicted at the beginning of this pandemic is that the real estate market would go bananas. Inventory is low, as are interest rates, which makes for a powder keg of demand. Well priced houses are going quickly and with multiple offers.
To put the constrained inventory in perspective, we had about 8,900 homes on the market in October 2018. Mid-October 2020 had 3,900. Well priced listings have had an avalanche of offers, and since only one party can win the home, that puts 12 active buyers back into the market. There simply isn’t enough supply to soak up the demand.
Shop from the comfort of your home and you’ll not only be supporting small businesses but you’ll receive added offers not found anywhere else. Whether it’s a gift certificate for a manicure, a new yoga mat or a pair of earrings, your special someone will appreciate the locally purchased item.
Several factors are driving the hot market. One being that people are in search of homes with more exterior and interior space considering the increased amount of time spent in their homes. Condo dwellers who find themselves working from home are looking for a yard, and folks who are homeschooling need a classroom in addition to an office. The second the delay inUnified the spring market. Also, many of those sellers who would have normally ofdecided three teachers of theinventory. year – moved to stay put, further tightening
Each item will come with a card designed by local artist, Kim Curran, that will let your recipient know that you support small business. Small businesses need our support more than ever and Love Where You Live is the perfect way to do so.

Lastly, interest rates are incredibly low. This has led to an influx of buyers who and Deirdre Fabian. may have been priced out before, as well as buyers who have more purchase power.

Here's How To Put The "WOW" Into Your Home Workout Space The days of gyms being grungy, unfinished basements with a dusty weight bench are over.
