Thequalityimprovementsupport(QISupport)isdesignedtohelpProvidersunratedornot qualityratedtoachieveahigh-qualityrating–3,4,or5starasdefinedbyCincinnati PreschoolPromise(CPP)–onOhio’sStepUpToQuality(SUTQ)scale.Providersthatare awardedtheQISupportwillreceivecomprehensivesupportfromhighlyqualifiedcoaches thatincludesdevelopmentofanactionplantoachieveaqualityrating,trainingon curriculumthatalignstoOhio’searlychildhoodstandards,helpresolvinganynoncomplianceissues,andsupportwiththeSUTQandCPPTuitionAssistanceapplication processes. HIGHLIGHTS
Providers will complete ASQ:3 and ASQ:SE and share pre and post-outcomes for all preschool children. Parent consent is required.
Actively approved Quality Improvement Providers (0-2 star) will have access to one-time supports to enhance their learning environments based on assessment needs, program time, and preschool enrollment data.

NewProviders will establish and learn coaching expectations with coach during the rst visit. Teacher and Administrator coaching agreements are required. Sta and Parent consent is required so coaches can collect photos/videos while visiting programs.
Family communications about events, learning experiences, and more from CPP via text messaging. Preschool Enrollment roster required.
CPP o ers FREE Ohio-approved online and virtual professional development sessions. Providers (administrators and preschool teachers) must participate in at least 10 professional development hours (approximately 4 sessions).
Providers will share their strengths in the Early Childhood Education eld and opportunities for growth. Teacher and Administrator pre and post-self-assessments required. Teacher Evaluation of Leadership and Management Practices required. Active participation is required in order to receive CPP bene ts. Coaches will submit Non-Engaged Coaching forms when providers are not compliant/participating in coaching supports.
