HIGHLIGHTS
To be eligible to receive a new QI provider learning materials, your program must:
a. Maintain an active CPP status.
b Complete CPP’s Developmentally Appropriate Practice Training Series
c. Meet the following preschool enrollment requirements:
i Type A FCC program must have a minimum of 2 preschool children enrolled
ii. Type B FCC program must have a minimum of 1 preschool child enrolled.
iii Center must have a minimum of 5 preschool children enrolled per preschool classroom.
d QI Providers (administrators and preschool teachers) must participate in at least 10 hours of CPP’s Ohio-approved in-person and virtual professional development sessions (approximately 4 sessions or 1 series). All sessions are FREE!
i. The 2024-2025 Professional Development Catalog is currently being updated and will be emailed once completed.
ii First-year participants must a end the professional learning community for Developmentally Appropriate Practices: The DAP Way! Sessions begin in September.
*The learning material kits are to enhance their learning environments, support children’s developmental milestones, and improve instructional practices.

The Quality Improvement Policies & Procedure Guide, formerly the Quality Improvement Manual, is under revision and will be distributed to all providers once it is complete. All QI network providers will complete ASQ:3 and ASQ:SE and share pre and postoutcomes for all preschool children. Parent consent is required.
REMINDERS
Provider Feedback Form - tell us how we are doing with coaching services, professional development, overall programming, and more!
Coaches will conduct pre and post-assessments to identify program needs, strengths, and progress.
If your coaching services were paused and you would like to resume submit a Coaching Reengagement Request.
Providers will establish and learn coaching expectations with coach during the rst visit Teacher and Administrator coaching agreements are required. All coaching sessions will be onsite Unless the provider requests other arrangements with CPP via email at ldiblasi@cincy-promise.org
Sta and Parent consent is required so coaches can collect photos/videos while visiting programs.
Providers will share their strengths in the Early Childhood Education eld and opportunities for growth through the required Teacher and Administrator pre and postself-assessments and Teacher Evaluation of Leadership and Management Practices.
Active participation is required in order to receive CPP bene ts. Coaches will submit NonEngaged Coaching forms when providers are not compliant/participating in coaching supports.
Funds for coaching services will be paid directly to the vendors on behalf of the provider
UPDATES
The Teacher/Sta and Preschool Enrollment rosters have been combined into a single spreadsheet. We will share communications about professional development opportunities, special initiatives, events, learning experiences, and more from CPP via text and email. The Preschool Sta & Student Enrollment Roster form is required to be updated quarterly and submi ed to your coach.
Provider Update/ Change to Program Submission Form will replace the Provider Change/Update form. Providers or coaches should ll out this document to notify CPP of any changes to or within the child care program
The Sta Support Fund (SSF) grant is intended to help preschool program owners and directors retain quality sta as they pursue a high quality rating Preschool programs will have access to funds per preschool lead teaching position in their center or family child care program For more information, please contact Kenetra Mathis, Deputy Director, at kmathis@cincy-promise.org
