That’s why in 2024, we invested in strategic digital marketing— meeting women right when they’re searching for answers. The result? 292 life decisions—a new record, surpassing 214 in 2023!

Because of your support, we’re present—both online and on-site. Our strategic location next to Planned Parenthood is vital. While most abortions next door still occur through the abortion pill, surgical abortions up to 15 weeks and 6 days have resumed. Thanks to your generosity, PRC is uniquely positioned to offer truth, compassionate support, and life-affirming care.

And we don’t stop when she chooses life. With abortion legal through all nine months in Michigan, PRC walks with her throughout her pregnancy and into the first two years of her child’s life—so she’s never alone.

Focused Mission: The #1 priority at PRC is to serve women at high risk for abortion. These women often have “Abortion” as their #1 online search term.

Proximity to Life & Death: Life and death are separated by just two driveways. PRC is strategically located next door to Planned Parenthood, the regional abortion clinic, which offers both chemical and surgical abortion options.

Medical Expertise: We have three medical doctors who read ultrasound scans—delivering top-tier, professional care. Our clinic team also includes registered nurses and sonographers who provide compassionate, skilled service.

Urgent Care: With 46 hours of ultrasound availability each week, we can see patients immediately or within 24–48 hours of their call, ensuring timely intervention and support.

Life-Saving Impact: PRC is open five days a week, with appointments available as early as 7:30 a.m. and as late as 7:00 p.m. This patient-centered approach has led to at least one life being saved each day we are open.

Accessibility: Our scheduling line operates six days a week, offering over 12 hours of availability each day, making us accessible to women in need.

A PAUSE, A Prayer , AND PRAISES TO OUR LORD!

Kristen* was scared. Pregnant while on birth control, with an abortion already scheduled, she reached out to PRC—just wanting to know how far along she was.

But during her ultrasound, everything changed. Seeing her baby so clearly on the screen, she paused and then whispered, “I think I need to cancel my abortion.” Still, she left torn and unsure.

We followed up. No answer. We prayed.

Then—she picked up. Through tears, Kristen told us she had chosen life. She was now seeing an OBGYN, and just weeks ago, welcomed a healthy baby into the world.

Because PRC was there in that critical moment, Kristen had time to pause, to hear the truth, and to embrace the life growing inside her.
