Beginning in 2022, WPFG 2023 will introduce sporting events and activities to build the momentum and awareness of the World Police & Fire Games coming to Winnipeg. Each year we will add additional events and engage our First Responders, community and sponsors to participate! FRIENDS OF THE GAMES
The “Friends of the Games” is an engagement program that provides local businesses the opportunity to support the Games by purchasing/buying into a promotional package of Games branded signage and pageantry to display in their place of business. The businesses that engage in the Friends of the Games program will be showcased through the Ambassador Program that will promote their services to athletes, family & friends and travelling spectators. This program is focused on engaging the local small business community to both promote the Games and drive revenue to these local businesses and into the local economy.
Winnipeg 2023 WPFG Friends of the Games has options for businesses of all shapes and sizes:
