Serving God at Pinnacle
What was most memorable for you about serving God at Pinnacle?

It was assisting the congregation to implement a vision for a high quality Christian education program for Pinnacle members while addressing the interests of the greater community. The challenge: “How does a new church development with limited funds and mostly unchurched members create an education program that equipped its members to think theologically, to teach, to lead, and to serve with graciousness and hospitality to all?”
Happy 25th, Pinnacle Presbyterian Church! I am deeply grateful for the six years of ministry I had at PPC. As you carry on in ministry together, be strong and courageous, stand firm in your faith, let all you do be done in love, may you know God’s smile and that you are loved beyond your wildest imagination by God! Their willingness to explore, question, and live into our shared faith story was inspiring. To see them live their faith, or be “doers of the word” as it’s called in James, gives me hope for the future of the Church and the world.

Former Associate Pastor for Christian Formation and Congregation Care The love, strength, and devotion of the many families that make up Pinnacle. What a joy and a gift to be in ministry with so many families who gave their all in wanting to live out their faith, and in particular, their commitment to do that at Pinnacle. One of my favorite experiences was going to Pine Summit in Prescott for Family Camp. It was a true partnership between pastors and lay people. It was a time to recognize our need for community and also our need for a relationship with the divine. What a gift to share that time together.
