In the Bible, demons are spiritual beings opposed to God, often associated with Satan and evil forces. Though mythical in form, dragons and demons serve as powerful metaphors for temptation, sin, and spiritual warfare in biblical narratives and Christian theology. Let's discuss!

YOGA FOR EVERYONE

Thursdays, June 12, 27, July 10, 24, Aug. 7 & 21 | 11 am | Teen Center

Join Dr. Mike Hegeman and guest instructors on these select dates for a YOGA class that can be adapted to all abilities. Our class offers a peaceful space for reflection, movement, and connection with God. With mindful guidance, YOGA can complement faith by encouraging balance, gratitude, and inner stillness. SUMMER PICK-UP CHOIR

Sundays, June 8, July 6, Aug. 17 | 9:15 am | Rehearsal Hall

The perfect time to try out our Chancel Choir is in the summer months. The only thing you need to do is to come as you are on one of these Sundays at 9:15 am to the Rehearsal Hall, run a simple anthem and a few hymns, and you will be a part of the Chancel Choir for the 10 am worship. If you find the activity rewarding and exciting, the Chancel Choir starts its season with the first rehearsal on Wednesday, Aug. 20 (7-8:30 pm). The first 10 am worship with the choir in the 2025/2026 season is on Sunday, Sept. 7.

PASTORS’ BIBLE STUDY

No preparation is required and all are welcome! Each week we discuss the scripture lesson for the upcoming Sunday’s worship service in an informal setting. It’s back to school time and we’re excited to kick off the year! Students of ALL ages are invited to bring their backpacks to worship for a special back-to-school blessing.
