Architecture, interiors, industrial design: Pierattelli Architetture’s projects combine functionality, aesthetics and innovation in a multidisciplinary approach. Hospitality (ITA) Questo book racchiude i nostri lavori dedicati al campo dell’hospitality. In molti casi, progetti di ristrutturazione di storici edifici convertiti in hotel o aparthotel, caratterizzati da alti standard di ospitalità. Ognuno di questi lavori è accompagnato da una breve scheda dati che raccoglie i feedback delle strutture ricettive, le caratteristiche dell’immobile, riconoscimenti e pubblicazioni.
This book contains our works dedicated to hospitality. They are mostly renovation projects of historic buildings converted into hotels or aparthotels, characterized by high hospitality standards. Each of these works is accompanied by a short data sheet that collects the service feedback, the characteristics of the property, awards and publications. (ENG)

Palazzo Matteotti Firenze | 600mq | 2018-2019 Il progetto di ristrutturazione dell’immobile ha previsto la realizzazione di 6 appartamenti distribuiti sui differenti livelli dell’edificio. Gli interni, dal gusto elegante ed estremamente contemporaneo, sono caratterizzati da colori neutri uniti a tonalità piÚ calde che definiscono ambienti accoglienti e familiari. SOLO experience hotel F Firenze | 1200mq | 2016-2018 Il progetto ha prevedisto la ristrutturazione e il restyling di un albergo nel pieno centro storico di Firenze, di fronte alle Cappelle Medicee in Piazza San Lorenzo. L’intervento include la riconfigurazione di circa 35 camere e la progettazione di una nuova reception e sala colazioni al piano terra. E’ stato applicato un nuovo modo di concepire gli spazi alberghieri e la loro fruizione che pone al centro del progetto il visitatore e la sua sensazione di “sentirsi a casa”. (ITA)
(ENG) The project involves the renovation and restyling of 35 rooms, new reception and breakfast room in the historic center of Florence, in front of the Medicean Chapels in San Lorenzo. The foucus of the project is the visitor and his feeling of “feeling at home”.

Cavour 82 progetto in corso/on-going project F Firenze | 70mq | 2019-2020 (ITA) Questo progetto è volto alla ristrutturazione di un piccolo appartamento sviluppato su due livelli a Firenze, a pochi passi dal Giardino dei Semplici. Grazie ad una tenue illuminazione, pavimenti in parquet e tinte calde alle pareti, gli ambienti risultano confortevoli ed accoglienti. Spazi ristetti ma fruttati al meglio grazie ad un attento progetto curato nei minimi dettagli come, la porta a filo che, nella parete blu della zona notte pare scomparire.
This project is aimed at the renovation of a small apartment developed on two levels in Florence. Thanks to soft lighting, parquet floors and warm colors on the walls, the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. (ENG)

Yellow Square progetto in corso/on-going project F Firenze | 4500mq | 2018-ongoing L’edificio, con il suo aspetto monolitico, si integra nel tessuto urbano dell’area di Novoli. Il progetto ne ha previsto la conversione in ostello apportando modifiche finalizzate a modernizzarne la struttura e a rispondere alle necessità della nuova destinazione d’uso. L’intervento di ristrutturazione ha però preservato i caratteri distintivi dell’edificio quali le grandi aperture, il travertino e gli ampi spazi comuni. (ITA)
(ENG) The building is integrated into the urban fabric of the Novoli area in Florence. The project has provided for its conversion into a hostel by making changes aimed at modernizing its structure and meeting the needs of the new destination of use while preserving the distinctive features.
