House music is something I would recommend to everyone. I listen to all types of music, but none of them gives me the same kick as house music. The tempo, kicks and just the positive vibe of it, pumps dopamine around in my body. I feel like it is floating around in my veins with my blood, and it gives me so much energy. Upbeat music also is scientifically proven to help with your mental health. Some artists I would recommend are Fred Again, Defected Radio, DJOKO, COEO and Todd Terje, at least that’s a good start to understand the vibe. House is more than party music and a boost at the gym, it’s a lifestyle.

Playing poker gives you this feeling of going out of character and feeling smart. Poker is so much more than just a card game. It has several aspects. You can dress up as another person and find your style. Personally I like to rock my blazer, with a hat and a headset. I do a martini as a drink. I like the aspect of trying to read your opponent, being social and doing something competitive that isn’t about running fast, lifting heavy or throwing far. If you win you feel smart about choosing the right tactic, and if you lose it’s actually pretty bad… But you can always buy yourself in again;)
