O C N T NE C

ed at cs us,
Thank you to each and every team member of Peds Plus. The difference you are able to make by working with the children in our communities is immeasurable. It is an absolute joy to be able to come to work every day knowing that this organization, through its team members, provides much needed high-quality services to children who may otherwise not have the opportunity.
In the time that I have been with this organization, we were able to expand to several new areas, and I have been blown away by the support and eagerness of the communities, team members, and parents for each new opening As we continue to expand our footprint, it’s great to know that the wonderful people that make up this organization truly care and are committed to provide the best care possible to the children we serve.
Thank you again for the commitment you show, not only to the organization, but to the children we serve It has been my honor and a great source of pride to be able to work with you all, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us!
We want to learn about all of your favorite things! Help us get to know you better by completing the All About M f !
We would like to challenge our team members to live in the moment but with a perspective pointing forward. We want to continue to dream small in each and every opportunity that we have serving children and families, but we want to do it with “Someday” in mind.
At Pediatrics Plus, our vision of empowering children to conquer their world is accomplished day in and day out by our team members. Without you – we cannot accomplish this vision. Pediatrics Plus is able to serve others because of one incredible resource - our people. We don’t just want to point our eyes toward “Someday” for our children and families, we want to challenge you to think about your personal “Someday” dreams. We value our team members and want to help provide resources to see you accomplish your personal “Someday” dreams. Please take time to pause, reflect, and then tell us your top 3 “Someday” dreams. Thank you for choosing to be a part of Pediatrics Plus!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! The team at Rise is joining the effort to bring awareness to mental health conditions and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health diagnoses and treatment.
More than 1 in 5 US adults live with a mental illness.
Over 1 in 5 teenagers (ages 13-18) either have a serious debilitating mental illness or will have at some point in their lives.
Learning to avoid and address stigma related to mental health is crucial. Individuals dealing with mental health conditions often experience isolation and secrecy due to the rejection, bullying, and discrimination associated with their condition. These feelings can hinder them from seeking the help and support they need.
One of the best ways to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month is by talking about it with your friends and family. The more you talk about it, The more normalized it will become.
Support mental health social media campaigns this month! Like and share information about mental health. It could be the encouragement someone needs to seek the resources or treatment they need. Join the Rise staff in wearing green! The green ribbon is the international symbol of mental health awareness. Rise staff members will be delivering green ribbons to various Pediatrics Plus locations. Grab a ribbon, and wear it proudly to show colleagues, loved ones, and our Pediatrics Plus families that you care about their mental health.
