As we begin our 2025 Pediatrics Plus Summer Camps, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible work you all do and the powerful ripple effect it has on the children and families we serve every single day.
Our summer camps in Conway, Little Rock, and Alma are so much more than just a summer program they’re a vibrant extension of the care and support we provide all year long Through our camps, children who qualify for therapy and developmental services continue their progress in a fun, engaging environment that supports consistency, growth, and routine And let’s not forget they get to have a total blast doing it!
This summer, we’re traveling the world right from the comfort of camp! Our theme, “Travel Around the World,” invites campers to explore new cultures, activities, and traditions. Whether they’re building pyramids, crafting colorful piñatas, or jumping into the excitement of Water Day (a crowd favorite for both campers and counselors), our kids are not only learning they’re having a great time and making friends!
One of my absolute favorite parts of summer camp is watching the relationships that form between our campers and counselors. Over the course of the summer, we witness incredible growth confidence blooming in a child, resilience building in a camp counselor, laughter shared, milestones met, and memories made. These stories of challenge, victory, learning, and fun are what make summer camp so special
To all of our amazing employees whether you’re directly involved in camp or supporting families in our therapy and preschool programs please remember the impact you are having Every interaction, every lesson, every moment of patience and encouragement is helping a child conquer their world. And just as importantly, you are walking alongside their families helping to empower them through the world of diagnoses, appointments, new routines, and the ever-changing journey of parenting a child with special needs

AT PEDIATRICS PLUS, WE BELIEVE THAT EVERY CHILD IS THE HERO OF THEIR OWN STORY, AND OUR GREATEST PURPOSE IS TO HELP THEM DISCOVER THEIR PATH FORWARD WYATT’S JOURNEY IS A POWERFUL REMINDER OF WHAT CAN HAPPEN WHEN A CHILD IS GIVEN THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT TO GROW, EXPLORE, AND THR BEFORE COMING TO THE FARM, WYATT WASN RECEIVING THE CARE, ATTENTION, AND LIFE DEVELOPMENT HE NEEDED IN HIS PREVIOUS SCHOOL SETTING. HIS PARENTS KNEW HE DESERVED MORE MORE SUPPORT, MORE OPPORTUNITY, MORE HOPE. WITH UNWAVER DEDICATION, THEY MADE THE DECISION TO HIM TO THE FARM, DRIVING OVER AN HOUR HALF EACH WAY SO THAT WYATT COULD AC THE SPECIALIZED SERVICES THAT WOULD H HIM SUCCEED.
SINCE THAT FIRST DAY AT THE FARM, WYATT WHERE HIS PARENTS ONCE FACED DAILY ST NOW THEY SEE A CHILD WHO WAKES UP EAGER TO GO. THE FARM HAS BECOME HIS SAFE PLACE A SPACE WHERE LEARNING IS EXCITING AND WHERE HE FEELS SEEN, HEARD, AND VALUED. HIS PARENTS OFTEN SHARE HOW REMARKABLE THE TRANSFORMATION HAS BEEN: WYATT, WHO ONCE RESISTED NEW EXPERIENCES, NOW LOOKS FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT. HE NOT ONLY RECOGNIZES AND CALLS HIS THERAPISTS BY NAME BUT LIGHTS UP WHEN HE SEES THEM, READY TO JUMP INTO EACH ACTIVITY WITH ENTHUSIASM.

Summer is just around the corner at the farm! The garden beds are thriving, and inside the hoop house, the strawberries are ready to enjoy. The orchard is producing delicious fruit and berries for jams! It’s a season of fresh, vibrant growth, and we’re excited for the harvest ahead!

Daniele has been a part of the Pediatrics Plus family for 8 years. She started her journey as an occupational therapist and now serves on the recruitment team, helping bring in passionate professionals who are dedicated to empowering children. Daniele and her husband, Jeremy, have two beautiful daughters, Scarlett and Lyla.
Kaydra began her journey with Pediatrics Plus in 2020 as a preschool teacher and now helps recruit the next generation of educators who are passionate about empowering children to conquer their world. She and her husband, Ross, are proud parents to their 2-year-old daughter, Lennon, and are excited to welcome a new addition to their family this December!

Meet Kelly massey!
Kelly has been part of the Pediatrics Plus family since 2022, serving as a recruiter dedicated to helping us find the right people for our administrative positions. Kelly is married to her husband, Greg, and together they have two children, Kayleigh and Dylan. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her kids in all they do!
Sarah began her journey with Pediatrics Plus 19 years ago as a physical therapist and now serves on the recruitment team, helping bring in the next generation of amazing therapists. She and her husband, Eric, are also the proud co-owners of Sonshine Academy and parents to two wonderful children, Austin and Eva.
