A Note from our VP of ABA, Mary Garlington
Pediatrics Plus Team Members,
Fall is my favorite time of year! I love the saying, "Fall reminds us that change can be beautiful " Smells of cinnamon and pumpkin, the changing leaves, fall sports, the crisp autumn air, cozy sweaters – it all breathes new energy into my days. Navigating change can sometimes be a challenge, but in the fall, our senses are inundated with things that remind us that change can also be beautiful, worth pausing to savor, and filled with moments that can refresh and sustain us through whatever the coming winter has for us
Pediatrics Plus has been my home away from home for over 17 years One of the biggest changes I've experienced was in 2016 when I had the honor of helping to establish and grow our ABA program We began our ABA program with two BCBAs and now we have more than forty BCBAs and over 300 BTs/RBTs. Watching the positive change and impact that adding this service has made in the lives of the children and families we serve has been nothing short of amazing. Empowering children to conquer their world is such a worthy mission!
As I prepare for this next season of thankfulness, I feel so blessed to work alongside team members, across all disciplines, who care deeply for the children and families. I love getting to see the incredible impact that all of our team members make on each of the lives they encounter. The people at Pediatrics Plus make this company great, and I am so thankful for every single one of you. Thank you for serving our children so well and for all you do each and every day!
