A Note from Our VP of Human Resources
Lynn Pearson
My name is Lynn Pearson, and I am the VP of Human Resources. I have had the privilege to serve at Pediatrics Plus for almost 4 years The leaders of this company hold their beliefs close to their hearts and truly strive to live by the core values they have created. You, the team members, give of yourselves, heart and soul, every day. You face days that are hard - really hard - and yet you keep going with positivity and fortitude
The Human Resources (HR) team has been touring the sites this year The number one reason you tell us you are here is for the kids. Does that not bring a smile to your face? You have a mission and a purpose in life: making a difference in another person’s life
What Pediatrics Plus does as a company to make a difference is absolutely noteworthy However, it is you, our team members, your heart for the children, and the effort you make every day to make a child’s life better that reaches down into my heart and blesses me. I am touched each time I am at the site and see a teacher leading children as they sing going down the hall, a RBT being patient with a child who is transitioning between activities, or a therapist praising a child who took some steps on their own
If in the time we are here, we make this world better for any other living soul, we have served a purpose that will be beneficial in ways we may never truly realize. Thank you to each and every one of you for the difference you make in the lives of others as I watch you ‘love and serve’ these little ones

At our Farms, we are en diverse array of flower and vegetables. There's something delightful about watching the cute little sprouts emerge Some crops, like carrots, turnips, and lettuce, are planted directly in the ground, while others, such as broccoli, collards, kale, and cauliflower, are started in trays. This method allows for a more thorough preparation of the soil, including the incorporation of compost from the summer harvest.
Okra and basil, summer plants, are continuing to thrive. The Thai basil featured in the middle picture continues to fill the garden with an amazing aroma!
A notable highlight from Bryant is the sugar snap peas, which flourish on a trellis and are well-suited to cooler temperatures. These versatile peas can enh of dishes, but they are part enjoyable when consumed fr plant, thanks to their sweet flavor.
