Reserva Merlot

Santa Ema Reserve Merlot is hand-picked from high elevation vineyards in Maipo Valley and spends 8-10 months in French and American oak. Generous aromas and flavors of plums and blackberries accompanied by notes of caramel, vanilla, and chocolate. Generous, soft fruit flavors with enticing caramel, vanilla and milk chocolate notes from the oak aging.

Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon

Santa Ema Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is hand-picked from high elevation vineyards in Maipo Valley and spends 8-10 months in French and American oak barrels. Sophisticated, generous and complex with aromas of black cherries and plums mingled with tobacco, coffee, toast and a hint of spice.

Amplus One Carmenere

Santa Ema’s Amplus One is a full bodied, fruity and expressive wine influenced by the warm climate and breezes from nearby Lake Rapel in Cachapoal Valley in Chile. Extended oak aging. Aromas and flavors of red and black cherries and black currant, along with notes of tobacco, chocolate, and pencil lead. Long finish.

Amplus Cabernet

Santa Ema’s Amplus Cabernet is sourced from high-altitude vineyards planted at the foot of the Andes in Chile’s most prestigious zone for Cabernet Sauvignon. Extended oak aging. Intense fruit aromas and flavors, namely blueberries, blackberries, and plums with a touch of dark chocolate and firm tannins. Long finish.

Catalina

Santa Ema’s limited production Catalina red blend sourced from hillside vineyards planted from 700m–1,000m above sea level in the heart of the Andes Mountains. Extended oak and bottle aging. 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Carmenère and 8% Cabernet Franc. Aromas and flavors of cassis and blackberry fruit. Rich mouthfeel with ample structure to ensure cellaring.

Rivalta

Santa Ema’s celebrated limited production Rivalta red blend is sourced from high elevation vineyards in Maipo Valley, in the heart of the Andes mountains. Extended oak and bottle aging. Aromas of orange rind, cedar, freshly picked blackcurrants and plenty of herbs and spices. Full body, juicy on the palate with layered tannins and a savory finish. 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Carmenere, 4% Carignan, 4% Syrah
