Chardonnay, Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Chenin Blanc come together in this versatile Blanc de Blancs Brut. Aromas of green apple, honeysuckle and toasted brioche lead to fresh flavors of Meyer lemon, honeydew & soft floral notes. Crisp, light and refreshing. 11.5% alc; 10 g/L RS

Regions and Varietal Philosophy: Chardonnay is sourced from vineyards in Burgundy and Languedoc and imparts depth and complexity for the overall balance. Chenin Blanc from Loire Valley lends citrus and hints of honey for a creamy texture. Colombard and Ugni Blanc from Languedoc round out the blend; Colombard’s higher acidity provides structure, length and a pleasant minerality that is supplemented by Ugni Blanc’s fresh fruit profile.

This Brut Rosé showcases Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc, and Gamay to offer fresh aromas and flavors of wild berries, pomegranate and soft notes of lilac and violet. Crisp, light, refreshing with delicate bubbles. 11.5% alc; 12 g/L RS
