This Rioja white blend (70% Viura 30% Chardonnay) shows citrus and floral aromas, leading to a broad palate with bright citrus flavors and notes of toast. Barrel-fermented in French oak. Enjoy on its own or pair with seasonal salads, broiled fish or roast chicken or turkey.

CAMPILLO EL NINO

This 100% Tempranillo delights with bright red berry aromas and flavors, this wine offers a youthful, vibrant and jazzy vibe. Light aging in American oak gives nice hints of toast and spice. Enjoy on its own or pair with an array of appetizers or casual fare such as burgers or wood-fired pizzas.

CAMPILLO CRIANZA

Campillo Crianza is 100% Tempranillo spends 18 months in American oak and offers bright cherry and fresh fruit aromas with sweet oak notes. Pleasant and bright across the palate with a long finish.

CAMPILLO RESERVA COLLECION

Campillo’s Reserva is sleek and fresh and 100% Tempranillo. Intense aromas of dark fruit, toasted sweet and spicy notes lead to a flavorful and rich mouthfeel. Toasted hints from the 22 months in French oak. Long finish.

CAMPILLO GRAN RESERVA

Campillo’s Gran Reserva is a ripe, modern example of Rioja. 90% Tempranillo 10% Graciano and 36 mo in French oak. Dark berry aromas with vanilla and licorice notes. Ample palate, full, round and fleshy. Long, stately finish.

CAMPILLO RARO

Campillo’s Raro is 100% Tempranillo Peludo - a unique and limited Tempranillo clone. It spends 24 months in french oak barriques. Exceptional fruit purity, intense aromatics, bright, crisp palate with layers of generous dark fruits. Long, bright and fresh finish.

Overview: Bodegas Portia is located in the heart of Spain’s Ribera del Duero and offers very small production wines - intense, energetic & balanced. The Portia winery is a stunning display of modern design, winemaking function and artistic detail.

Region: Ribera del Duero wine region is located in Spain’s northern plateau. Here, the continental climate experiences hot temperatures during the dry summer and freezing, bitter winters. This extreme variation allows the grapes to develop intense aromatics. The Martinez family purchased nearly 400 acres in the 1990s, focused on the high-quality possibilities in the Roa, Gumiel de Izán, Villanueva, and Gumiel de Mercado regions, known collectively as ‘the golden triangle’ of Ribera del Duero. These very special high-elevation vineyard plots vary from 2,300-2,790 feet ASL. Eastern and southern facing vineyards are on clay soils and are planted chiefly Tempranillo, with an average density of 1,200 vines per acre.
