Portia Verdejo

Portia’s Verdejo is sourced from select vineyards in the Rueda region, just next to Ribera del Duero. Fresh tropical and peach aromas lead to an array of tropical, stone and citrus fruit flavors with herbaceaous notes. Stylishly crafted and balanced with a long, flavorful finish. Enjoy on its own or try with seasonal salads and grilled fish or vegetarian dishes.

Portia Crianza

Portia’s Crianza Tempranillo is generous and well-crafted with blackberries, blueberries, toast/toffee aromas and flavors and a long finish. Sourced from high-elevation, estate vineyards in Ribera del Duero. Pair with flavorful tapas such as andouille sausage or try with a lamb or beef roast.

Portia Prima

Portia’s Prima from the Ribera del Duero region is an intense and structured wine. 100% Tempranillo fruit offers aromas of blackfruits and toffee. Pairs well with rich sausage, lamb or beef dishes.

Portia Triennia

Portia’s Triennia is powerful and complex. Aromas of rich black fruit, cinnamon, clove and sweet pastry lead to flavors of ripe compote fruit, baking spice and toasted notes. Certified Organic from historic Cotes de Bordeaux winery

Château Suau is a remarkable vineyard whose origin dates back to the 16th century. Former hunting lodge of the Duke of Epernon owes its name to Messire de Suau who owned it in 1687. The castle, reworked in the 17th century by the Suau family which will give it its present appearance, becomes the property of a Bordeaux wine merchant at the end of the 18th century. The chateau has been owned by the Bonnet family since 1986. Under Monique Bonnet’s leadership, Chateau Suau has undergone an organic conversion and is today one of the few wineries in the region to be certified organic. Alejandro Bulgheroni became the majority shareholder in 2014, while Monique Bonnet, and her American husband Tom Kenney, continue to run the day-to day. Consulting vigneron, Michel Rolland and his team bring their expertise to the vineyard and the cellar.

Cotes de Bordeaux is located in the hillsides of Bordeaux, along the right banks of the Garonne and Dordogne Rivers. The Chateau Suau estate vineyard consists of 66 hectares in the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation and is certified organic by Ecocert. The vines, planted in gravel and clay « terroir », benefits from favorable south-south-east facing slopes and plateaus.
