Luigi Bosca DOC story: Treasuring Heritage as a Guide to the Future

Dedicated to showcasing ultra-premium and luxury wines, the Arizu family helped to establish the first Argentinian D.O.C. Luján de Cuyo, in 1989. Their work in the 1970s and through the 1980s helped establish the beginning of Argentina’s fine wine possibility, and their dedication and investment in defining and elevating Argentine wines helped lay the foundation for the growth and accolades for Mendoza’s diversity and subregions that we see today. The Arizu family maintains a historical library of back vintages in their family cellar that define the story and evolution of Lujan de Cuyo. They are one of the few wineries that can showcase the historical representation of Lujan de Cuyo and can demonstrate through a tasting, the journey of Argentina’s fine wine.
