LUIGI BOSCA DE SANGRE MALBEC D.O.C

This De Sangre Malbec DOC is a pure expression from Argentina’s first designated wine appellation - Luján de Cuyo. A generous, rich wine offers layers of red fruit and spice aromas and flavors. 12 months oak aging. Complex and integrated on the palate with a long finish. Perfect to enjoy with a rack of lamb with sautéed mushrooms, or a rib eye steak with quinoa risotto, and a semi-hard cheese platter.

Luigi Bosca De Sangre Cabernet Sauvignon

De Sangre is the name the winery has given to a selection of outstanding wines that are meant to be shared with loved ones. This heart-felt tradition has remained uninterrupted for over a century. This De Sangre Cabernet Sauvignon is a majestic and well-bodied wine made from grapes harvested in vineyards planted in the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo. Black fruit and peppery notes are perfectly balanced with roasted hues from the extended barrel aging.

Luigi Bosca Los Nobles Malbec

This exceptional single vineyard, old-vine Malbec and Petit Verdot offering is sourced from Luigi Bosca’s Los Nobles vineyard located high in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. 94% Malbec and 6% Petit Verdot fruit from over 90 year old vines and aged for 20 months in new French oak. Layers of red and black fruit, sweet spices with notes of coffee and leather. Pairs perfectly with rich meat dishes or flavorful casoulets. Age capability for twenty+ years

Luigi Bosca El Paraiso

PARAÍSO is the result of the most celebrated harvests only and pays tribute to the El Paraíso vineyard and the location of the family homestead. For over 120 years, this location has served as a source of inspiration, innovation and family legacy. Paraíso, the winery’s most important wine, is a blend of 71% Malbec and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of red fruits and spices lead to a graceful and broad mouthfeel. Integrated fruit, spice, toast and leather notes. Vineyards: Grapes grown in select plots from Gualtallary, Tupungato (45.2%), Altamira, San Carlos (34%) and Los Árboles, Tunuyán (20,8%), Uco Valley. Vineyards are located between1,000 and 1,200 meters. Between 12 and 14 months barrel age. 100% of the wine is aged in barrels, 1° usage: 38,4%, 2° usage: 51,3% and 3° usage: 10,3%. French (88%) and Hungarian (12%) oak barrels. Ageing potential: 25 years. Perfect to enjoy with special dishes such as roast rabbit with Dijon mustard, herb seared lamb or any robust meat dish.

Women in Wine: A native of Luján de Cuyo, Belén Rodriguez grew up surrounded by wineries and vineyards. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in 2019, with a focus on chemistry and winery operations. She started with Bodega Luigi Bosca for the 2019 harvest season as a Technician Winemaker and quickly proved herself as a talented and intuitive member of the team. Belén completed her Winemaking Degree in 2021, with a focus on micro-vinifications, innovations, and trials of new products and grapes. She was tapped as the lead winemaker for La Linda Wines and became the youngest winemaker to take the reigns.
