Coming from the Feliz Creek Vineyard in Mendocino County, this singleorigin 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with aromas of kirsch, fresh cherry, rose petal, and vanilla. The entry is smooth and finishes long and precise on the palate with tannins reminiscent of cacao powder. Enjoy this wine with braised short rib, ancient grain salad or aged cheeses. Crafted by winemaker Shawn Johnson, this wine spends one year in a combination of neutral French barriques and stainless steel.
