Merryvale Sauvignon Blanc

Merryvale Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley offers aromas of stone fruit, citrus, guava and grapefruit. Fresh and lively on the mouth, this wine is very balanced with a nice weight and freshness. The finish is very floral with a touch of savory herbs. Perfect on its own or paired with savory favorites, such as seared pork loan, herb roast chicken, pesto pasta dishes and roasted vegetables.

Merryvale Chardonnay

Merryvale Chardonnay from Carneros is round and fresh with aromas of roasted almonds and floral and fruit notes including bergamot, pineapple, ripe peaches and citrus. The acidity is very soft, and guided by the minerality, balance and a lingering finish. Excellent with roast turkey, poached salmon with caper-butter sauce, and pasta with herb sauces.

Merryvale Pinot Noir

Merryvale Pinot Noir captures the essence and expression of the Carneros subregion. Seductive on the nose with notes of flowers, black currant and orange rind. Fresh mouthfeel, with soft tannins and a finish that brings flavors of cigars and blackberries. A classically delicious partner to meat dishes, such as coq au vin, roast turkey, glazed ham as well as brie and soft cheeses.

Merryvale Merlot

Merryvale Merlot from Napa Valley is complex yet approachable, offering traditional aromas of mocha, spice, blackberries and flowers. A soft texture, fresh mid-palate, and flavors of sage, black currant, pepper, anise, strawberries lead to a soft, gentle finish. Pairs easily with a range of foods from classic lamb chops with rosemary and garlic to a seasonal fall salad of butternut squash and kale.

Merryvale Cabernet Sauvignon

Merryvale Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is rich and dark in the glass with aromas of coffee and blackberry. Classically styled, medium- to full-bodied with notes of cassis and toast, the finish features supple, velvety tannins that will gain even more complexity as time passes. Enjoy with a classic sirloin, beef short ribs, other braised dishes, grilled lamb, portabello mushrooms.

Merryvale Antigua

Merryvale Antigua is produced using the solera process, a system of fractional blending over a number of vintages and is 100% Muscat de Frontignan from vintages 1970 to 1983, 1992 to 1997 and 2004. Golden amber in color, the wine offers complex nuts and orange-peel aromas. Luscious and viscous texture, with nutty, savory and carmelized notes. Antigua pairs well with Tiramisu, Crème Brulée, Biscotti, Hazelnut Torte, Pecan Pie, Cheeses (particularly blue), and Fruit.

The Estate Vineyards: Overlooking the Napa Valley, east of St.Helena, the hillside Profile Estate Vineyard lies on an eastern ridge at almost one thousand feet of elevation. Planted in 1997 by David Abreu, Michel Rolland and then winemaker Bob Levy, the 25-acre vineyard is comprised of four different clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, along with two acres of Petit Verdot and one acre of Cabernet Franc. The steep slopes, rocky soils and volcanic ash bedrock make it a very challenging site to farm. The 50-acre, Napa Green Certified Stanly Ranch Estate Vineyard in Carneros is the source of Silhouette Chardonnay. The vineyard is farmed to same high standards as St. Helena Profile Estate property.

Viticulture/Farming: Estate vineyards with exceptional terroir, both vineyards are complex sites with a myriad of exposures, soils and growing conditions divided into small blocks based upon geology and topography. Certified Sustainable Napa Green Land and farmed to ensure that each block produces a distinct lot of wine that is unique, complete and representative of the individual terroir. Intense vine-byvine viticultural practices.

Winemaking: These two flagship wines are opulent and elegant, representing the very best of each vintage. They are hand-picked in the early morning, field, cluster and whole berry sorts. Innovative methods focused on small lot, artisanal winemaking.
