Welcome to our partner newsletter. In this edition we take a look at a selection of our partnerships to demonstrate what our partners do, why we work together, and the results this partnership brings to them and their clients.
Introducing our first partner, Live Data Solutions, a leading software provider to the transport and logistics sector. They offer a tailor-made Transport Management System (TMS) package based on their customers’ business requirements, for their clients to integrate with external pallet networks, manage general haulage loads and provide a custom interface for seamless integration with third party technologies. Live Data Solutions teamed up with us to integrate our award-winning optimisation algorithms with its TMS package to provide its customers with a complete end-to-end solution. When partnering with us, Live Data were looking for our software to reduce costs, increase productivity and cut emissions for fleets adopting the technology, in addition to automating the planning process and streamlining administration. CEO of Live Data Solutions, James Reason, adds, “Working with the team at Optimize has been a pleasure, and integration a smooth process. We are looking forward to rolling out the solution to our existing customers and new opportunities, in order the full benefits of the solution can be realised.” Both Live Data and Optimize believe in a collaborative approach and an integrated end-to-end solution that helps the transport and logistics sector, along with pallet networks to become more efficient overall, by harnessing the power artificial intelligence delivers.

Logistics giant, The Pall-Ex Group - Leicestershire-based pallet distribution network - partnered with us to help deliver its NexusETA project This provides the functionality to calculate estimated time of arrival, providing a delivery time window to its customers and the recipients of the freight. Optimize were selected to help deliver this project after an extensive “Request for Proposal” and due diligence process, in which it recorded the best results on specifically measured success criteria. Its technology roadmap enabled Pall-Ex to not only deliver the first phase of NexusETA but also support its future vision and objectives. Dave Dunhill, Chief Technology Officer at Pall-Ex, commented, “NexusETA is a significant project that will deliver a magnitude of benefits to our partners, members and customers. I am delighted to be partnered with such an innovative technology organisation as Optimize on this project.” We continue to work alongside Pall-Ex on NexusETA, achieving success wherever is possible.
Our next partner, SureCam are a fleet safety specialist who teamed up with us to provide an integrated solution, enhancing driver safety and route compliance SureCam specialise in affordable, best-in-class technology to provide real-time visibility into what’s happening on the road with live fleet tracking and video footage. Delivering the world’s easiest and most useful tracking and video platform, they provide an intuitive onboarding experience, maximising safety on the roads. They offer dash cams and GPS fleet tracking solutions, which reduces claims costs and boost fleet productivity. Sam Footer, Partnership Director at SureCam says, “SureCam is delighted to partner with Optimize, their award-winning products and services are a great for for many of our fleet customers. Decarbonisation and utilising systems that help a fleet in reducing their carbon footprint is extremely important, and something that SureCam are very passionate about.” The collaboration will also deliver supporting technology, including driver apps, a customer communications module and emissions reporting, in addition to machine learning, which consumes data from the field and uses it to import the route compliance and driver safety as part of a continuous improvement program

Our final partner is, Zurich Resilience Solutions UK (Zurich RS), a division of the award-winning global insurer Zurich. Zurich RS supports organisations to help understand and manage their risks, specifically targeting the tangible improvements that can be made by fleet operators to safety and sustainability. They do this by combining their wide-ranging, in-depth expertise, data and insight. They recognised that a partnership with us will increase the depth of the support they can offer to organisations as fleets adapt and respond to the challenges they face today and tomorrow. Helen Aston, Head of Workforce Strategies at Zurich Resilience Solutions UK says, “We have been seeking a partner to offer electric vehicle consultancy and business optimisation support to customers.
