When Service Geeni and Optimize initiated their first collaboration, it saw the AI optimisation algorithms were integrated into Service Geeni’s service management platform.
The management system is used extensively by field service engineering companies to plan and track jobs, manage field service teams and maximise visibility on inventory availability and usage
By deepening the partnership, Service Geeni clients will now benefit from predictive decision-making, optimised resource allocation, and real-time performance insights turning an otherwise reactive operation into a proactive smarter service.
