hacer el estudio e identificar los requisitos en común tanto del Marco de Referencia de CACEI 2014 y 2018 con los procedimientos del ISO 9001:2015 y proponer una metodología de trabajo en la cual se contemplen los requisitos en común identificados. La investigación confirmó la necesidad de consolidar el trabajo en equipo para poder llevar a cabo una óptima planeación y coordinación tanto de las actividades administrativas como las académicas y poder lograr una gestión más consistente y con un mejor sentido de comprensión y aplicación de nuestros docentes al identificar los beneficios de la acreditación y la certificación en las normas ISO como es el caso de la Norma ISO 9001:2015. The research confirmed the need to consolidate teamwork in order to carry out optimal planning and coordination of both administrative and academic activities and be able to achieve a more consistent management and with a better sense of understanding and application of our teachers when identifying the benefits of accreditation and certification in ISO standards, such as ISO 9001:2015. ABSTRACT
INTRODUCCIÓN
Currently, higher education institutions seek to remain current and constantly updated to demonstrate to the social sectors the relevance of the educational programs they offer, through educational evaluation (accreditation of institutions) and quality assurance (ISO standards). As a result of this requirement towards Higher Education Institutions, the Instituto Tecnológico de Nogales seeks to be at the forefront of education and ensure the educational service offered in each of their careers through accreditation by CACEI Consejo de Acreditación de la Enseñanza en Ingeniería) and the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
Una de las principales iniciativas que las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) han emprendido para mantenerse vigentes y demostrar a los diferentes sectores (social, cultural y financiero), la pertinencia de sus funciones y oferta educativa, gira en torno a la evaluación educativa y el aseguramiento de la calidad. El interés presente en la política internacional principalmente por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO), por la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL), por Organización de los Estados Iberoamericanos (OEI), así como de organismos financieros, entre ellos el Banco Mundial (BM), la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico (OCDE), el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), y el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID); ponen el acento en que las reformas para realizar cambios que deben priorizar la calidad, la acreditación y la certificación de las IES deben de ser de acuerdo con estándares internacionales (Hernández, 2006).
This led us to consider the possibility of facilitating the implementation and application of both processes based on the fact that although they seem to be different processes in several aspects they share common objectives, thus emerging the present investigation with the central objective of determining the possibility of aligning the objectives of the accreditation with the set of requirements requested by the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and thus achieve work together in the continuous improvement of the academic-administrative process.
