atering Creations has been in business nearly 20 years, but the company— and owners Jeff and Jennifer Snow—have proven their flexibility and adaptability over the past year, starting two new virtual restaurants and omahamealdelivery.com. Now they’re excited to return to their roots: fullservice catering for large private events and corporate events and conferences.
The on- and off-premise catering company is an approved caterer for most of the finest venues in Omaha, and Catering Creations strives for excellence. Full service includes event planning from start to finish, explained Jennifer Snow: timelines, f loor plans, tables, chairs, linens, and— of course —amazing food. “Every event is important.”

The team is exceptionally careful, Snow added. “We’ve always had high standards for food safety, and now we’re taking things even higher,” she said, explaining that until conditions return to normal, Catering Creations can plan one-sided [served] buffets with clear frame barriers so serving utensils are handled by masked and gloved servers rather than every diner.
