utumn usually cools things down outside, but the colours of the season are all about comfort, warmth, and are very welcoming.

Think rich reds, warm yellows, vibrant oranges, and darker browns. When you’re getting your home ready for entertaining this season, try to incorporate these colours into your decor. It’s easy to create looks inspired by autumn, without looking too over the top and themed.

With so many fabulous colours to choose from, it’s easy to get a little carried away.

But if you’re trying to create a more sophisticated look, don’t go overboard with a rainbow of bright colours. Pick your favourite autumn hue and keep things simple by adding a few accessories in the same colour. This creates a cohesive look without being overwhelming. Try to

spread out the accents all over the room to create a good flow. You’ll end up with perfectly placed pops of colour, which help to balance the space.

Autumn It’s not just about vibrant colours, neutrals can give you that autumn feeling too. Neutral tones look great all year round, and can easily be accented with seasonal colours. Shades of brown are perfect for creating that cozy feeling you want when the autumn weather starts to cool things down. Warm shades of beige, sand, and taupe are also great for creating a great backdrop. If you’re using white, opt for warmer tones like cream, blush, or cotton; and warmer shades of grey are perfect for showcasing brighter colours as well. ith the presence of the Covid-19 virus, 2020 has been a very strange year indeed. It has crippled the whole world. No place currently seems to be safe. We look around and wonder who carries this potentially life threatening virus amongst us. It is invisible to the naked eye and could attack us or our families at any moment. None of us know how long this is to be with us. It could be days, months or even years.

It’s at times like these that the whole community needs to pull together on all levels both socially and in business. One such new addition to the local community born out of lockdown was the launch of Torre del Mar Online. This exciting new website has certainly filled a niche in the market. This useful online guide provides information for the whole international community. Not just Torre del Mar itself but the whole coastal area for the Velez Malaga area. One such local user, a triathlete from Caleta de Velez recently said that they always check the Torre del Mar Online live webcam to check if the sea conditions are suitable for their open water training. The What’s On section is filling a gap in the area too, providing information about up to date live music events, markets, art exhibitions, yoga and more. The Directory has a comprehensive list of companies providing services to the local community, so if you are looking for an interior designer, a painter or perhaps a mechanic, you are sure to find one here. New companies are being added all the time. If you are looking for things to do or places to visit there are also plenty of ideas here. The Food & Drink category too gives you lots of tasty options.

During the month of September Torre del Mar Online held a Photographic Competition entitled ‘Aspects of the Sea’.

The entries were of a very good level indeed. The Torre del Mar Online Members chose their 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, with first prize winning a meal at ‘El Horno’

t has been a while since we last visited the fabulous Marbella Golf Country Club and in our absence they have indeed taken very good care of the club, course and facilities.

Designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior, and located just 5 minutes drive from Marbella city centre, Marbella Golf Country Club provides one of the best and most challenging golfing experiences on the Costa Del Sol. The par 72, 5551 metre course (from the yellow tees) has a very established and 22 OCIO magazine

mature feel about it and the surrounding hills, olive groves and magnificent sea views provide a breathtaking backdrop for your round of golf.

The quality of the course is a real credit to the management and maintenance team.

The large tee boxes are your starting point and gateway to the lush green fairways.

There are no brown and dry areas, just manicured green grass to welcome your tee shot. This course is beautifully carved out of the natural landscape creating many tree lined fairways which are delightful to

see but are best avoided from a golfing perspective. The numerous bunkers are filled with fluffy soft sand, requiring a classic bunker shot to escape. The greens are nothing short of fantastic, with lush green grass manicured to perfection.

We found the greens very receptive to our approach shots with plenty of hold.

Putting was a pleasure as the greens ran true and fast.

which include a driving range, a chip and putt zone, the pro-shop stocking all of the latest clothing ranges and equipment, a golf academy with an excellent putting green and even three tennis courts. And then there is the impressive clubhouse, bar and restaurant with it’s huge terraces and views over the course all the way down to the Mediterranean Sea. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Marbella Golf Country Club and we will most certainly return in the very near future. n

Los numerosos bunkers están llenos de suave y esponjosa arena, lo que requiere un clásico golpe de bunker para escapar. Los greens son poco menos que fantásticos, con un exuberante césped verde cuidado a la perfección.

Encontramos los greens muy receptivos a nuestros tiros de aproximación, con mucho agarre. El putt fue un placer, ya que los greens corrían verdaderamente rápido.

Ningún artículo sobre el Marbella Golf Country Club estaría completo sin mencionar la impresionante casa club y sus instalaciones, que incluyen un campo de prácticas, una zona de chip y putt, la pro-shop con las últimas novedades en ropa y equipamiento, una academia de golf con un excelente putting green e incluso tres pistas de tenis. Arthritis in winter

know we still have some warm sunshine here in southern Spain and winter hasn’t really hit us yet... but it is coming and that can be bad news for people with arthritis, many of whom can literally feel the season in their bones.

Science hasn’t homed in on the reason that cold weather can exacerbate arthritis joint pain and stiffness, but there are a few possible explanations. A fall in barometric pressure, which often occurs as a cold front approaches, can cause joints to expand, which may result in pain. Low temps may also increase the thickness of the synovial fluid that acts as the joint’s shock absorber, which makes joints stiffer and more sensitive to pain. Winter even seems to affect us down to our DNA. According to a recent study, genes that promote inflammation are increased in winter, while genes that suppress inflammation are simultaneously decreased in the winter. However, it is not necessarily all bad news if you suffer with arthritis. There are a couple of important points to consider to make yourself more comfortable during the colder winter months.

Firstly, staying active is perhaps the most crucial piece of advice I can give you.

Physical activity helps ease pain, increase strength and flexibility, and boost energy.

Avoiding exercise because you’re worried it can make your arthritis worse is a big misconception. In fact, adults with arthritis who have normal physical function and no other severe health conditions are advised to do at least 150 minutes of moderateintensity aerobic activity a week, as well as two weekly sessions of strength training.

Not surprisingly though, people tend to move less in winter. And many people with arthritis have significant pain and fatigue, which makes exercise challenging to begin with. On days when the very thought of exercise seems unbearable, even some gentle range-of-motion exercises can be helpful.

Along with exercise, the second important aspect is simply keeping warm. This may

sound very basic but honestly, it is vital to your general comfort. Heat is like a spring thaw for your stiff joints. It boosts blood flow to help flush out pain-producing chemicals and stimulates receptors in your skin that improve your pain tolerance.

Warmth also relaxes muscles to decrease spasms and reduce stiffness. Naturally, there are many ways to reap the benefits of heat as a therapy: a warm shower or soak in a tub (dress warmly afterward to prolong the benefit), heating pads (opt for one that delivers moist heat, which penetrates more deeply than dry heat), electric blankets, and single-use hand and feet warmers that you can slip into your gloves, pockets, or shoes. Even wrapping your hands around a hot cup of coffee or tea can be helpful in your quest to quell joint pain. n

La ciencia no ha encontrado la razón por la que el frío puede exacerbar el dolor y la rigidez de las articulaciones con artritis, pero hay algunas explicaciones posibles.

Y muchas personas con artritis tienen mucho dolor y fatiga, lo que hace que el ejercicio suponga un desafío, para empezar. En los días en que, la sola idea de hacer ejercicio parece insoportable, ejercicios suaves de rango de movimiento pueden ser útiles.

Junto con el ejercicio, el segundo aspecto importante es muy simple:

mantener el calor. Esto puede sonar muy básico, pero francamente, es real y vital para su comodidad general. El calor es como un deshielo primaveral para esas articulaciones rígidas. Aumenta el flujo sanguíneo, lo que ayuda a eliminar los químicos que producen dolor, a la vez que estimula los receptores de la piel, que mejoran la tolerancia al dolor.

El calor también relaja los músculos, disminuyendo los espasmos y la rigidez.

Naturalmente, hay muchas maneras de aprovechar los beneficios del calor como terapia: una ducha caliente o un baño en la bañera (vístase abrigado después para prolongar el beneficio), almohadillas térmicas (opte por una que proporcione calor húmedo, pues penetra más profundamente que el calor seco), mantas eléctricas y calentadores de manos y pies de un solo uso, que puede meter en sus guantes, bolsillos o zapatos.

Incluso envolver las manos alrededor de una taza de café o té caliente, puede ser útil en su búsqueda para calmar el dolor de las articulaciones. n

genuinely do consider winter layering an art form, and myself merely a student constantly experimenting and playing with new techniques to achieve the ultimate layered perfection.

Too much?

You might be right!

But in all seriousness though, mastering how to layer your clothes takes time, and practice, at least for me. I constantly play around with different looks and there’s no better time to hone your skills than right now.

It all starts with these 5 simple tips to keep in mind when you’re putting together an outfit.

It was so hard for me to nail down one look for this article because once I started playing, ideas started flowing.

here it is, my 5 tips to help you master the art of layering.

1. Colour is Key Layering is best achieved when you keep your look to one or two colour families (even down to the accessories). A print is ok, but keep it to one. If you start with a striped tee, leave everything else minimal and neutral. Pairing colours like blue and camel compliment each other nicely, other great colour combos for autumn include burgundy and green, navy and mustard, black and tan.

2. Focus on Fabrics A nice mix of texture is essential for layering. Denim, cotton and wool can easily be used to create variety.

I personally like to add velvet to that mix but I accept that it doesn’t always work. Don’t be afraid to add a nice pop of colour. Just be careful not to go too crazy, pick a few different fabric textures and weights and play around with them.

3. Play With Proportion Proportion is everything when it comes to layering. The key with denim is just the right length. A great pair of denims that sit just above the ankle, paired with 36 OCIO magazine

a cute pair of ankle boots that sit right above the ankle creates a seamless look that elongates the legs making you look fabulous. Keeping the booties and the denim in the same colour family also helps to create the appearance of leg length.

4. Stick to One Bulky Item Any more than one big item and you’re venturing into unflattering territory. The key is to keep most of the layers on the lighter side and mix in one big piece, whether it’s a chunky sweater, a coat or a big oversized scarf. It doesn’t have to be your top layer either. You can wear a chunky sweater under a lighter coat.

No tengas miedo de añadir un bonito toque de color. Solo procura no volverte demasiado loca, elige unas pocas variedades de telas y grosores y juega con ellas.

Rolls Royce Ghost T

he new Ghost is a masterclass when it comes to luxury and refinement. The attention to detail and depth of engineering are staggering, as is the price, even before you start adding on options. Rolls-Royce has a monopoly on this section of the market, so in reality, it can charge whatever it likes. But it certainly doesn’t put customers off. The UK factory at Goodwood has never been busier.

This is the Rolls-Royce for those who want something a little less ‘ostentatious’ than a Phantom. That’s according to the company that makes it; to you or me, the all-new Ghost is still a five-metre long, 2.5-tonne, £249,600 chunk of pure, undiluted luxury.

Rolls-Royce says that the new Ghost is the most technologically advanced car it has ever produced.

The new Ghost is based on Rolls-Royce’s latest aluminium chassis that it refers to as the ‘architecture of luxury’. It’s new to the Ghost, but it can also be found beneath the Cullinan SUV and flagship Phantom.

Despite the Ghost being the ‘most advanced’ model Rolls-Royce has ever made, its motive power remains delightfully old-fashioned without a hint of electrical assistance to the 6.75-litre, V12 twin-turbo engine.

The Ghost’s development process was long (around six years), with thousands of

engineering hours spent on developing technology that is designed to go unnoticed by customers. For some context, here are a few of the Ghost’s engineering ‘solutions’.

There’s 100kg of sound insulation throughout the car to improve refinement, the internals of the air vents have been sand-blasted to reduce the amount of wind noise the system makes while operating, and channels of different lengths run from the cabin to the boot to remove lowfrequency noise when travelling at speed.

It’s attention to detail that you simply won’t find anywhere else.

l nuevo Rolls Fantasma es una clase magistral de lujo y sofisticación. La atención a los detalles y la profundidad de la ingeniería son asombrosas, al igual que el precio, incluso antes de añadir ninguna opción.

moment you climb in, it’s immediately apparent that this isn’t a car you’re going to drive like a hot hatch. For starters, there are no driving modes, no paddles behind the steering wheel to operate the gearbox and no buttons that allow you to fiddle around with the suspension or powertrain set-up.

The V12 fires up and settles to a distant hum somewhere under the elongated bonnet and at low to medium speeds, it’s barely even audible as the eightspeed automatic slices through the gears without detection.

Despite the vast reserves of power available, the Ghost isn’t a car that is driven in a spirited manner. Every input is made with delicacy, which makes it an incredibly graceful car to waft along in. By design, there’s no feel coming through the rim, which makes it very comfortable but perhaps a little unnerving if you are negotiating the delightful country roads of the UK, especially given that the car is 44 OCIO magazine

more than two metres wide.

Given the size and mass of the Ghost, it’s not surprising that there’s some roll and lean through corners – even more reason to be ever so gentle with inputs.

But call upon the power available to you and the Ghost really moves. There’s no frantic changing of gear or spike in revs, because the Ghost does fast on its own terms. So as you press the throttle there’s a deep-chested hum from the engine and a graceful shove in the back as speed is quickly piled on.

Ride quality and comfort are perhaps the Ghost’s strongest qualities but, what takes it to the next level is Rolls-Royce’s Planar Suspension System, designed to further soften lumps and bumps you might feel from the road. Add to that the Flagbearer system, which uses cameras in the windscreen to scan the road ahead and set up the suspension to best cope with imminent bumps, and the result is quite remarkable. The Ghost effortlessly

glides along the road; it is difficult to think of a more relaxing and cosseting car to cover ground in.

As you’d expect of a £250,000 car, the fit and finish is pretty flawless, and Rolls has ‘decluttered’ the cabin by removing some buttons and cleaning up the centre console. The interior can be trimmed in any type of wood, leather or animal skin customers ask for; the combinations are almost endless. You’ll also find a list of optional extras that wouldn’t look out of place in a boutique hotel, such as lambswool floor mats, a central cool chamber (a fridge to you and me), a rearseat theatre configuration, picnic tables and a comfort entry system. There are no prices available for individual options, though. Firstly because that would be a little uncouth, and secondly, Rolls Royce say its customers don’t need to know these prices; if they want it, they’ll have it.

Para empezar, no hay modos de conducción, ni paletas detrás del volante para manejar la caja de cambios, ni botones que te permitan jugar con la suspensión o la configuración del tren de potencia. El V12 se enciende y se instala en un zumbido distante en algún lugar bajo el alargado capó y a velocidades bajas y medias, apenas es audible, ya que el automático de ocho velocidades corta las marchas sin ser detectado.

A pesar de las grandes reservas de potencia disponibles, el Fantasma no es un coche que se conduce de forma briosa. Cada entrada se hace con delicadeza, lo que lo convierte en un

coche increíblemente elegante para pasear. Por su diseño, no se percibe nada a través de los neumáticos, lo que lo hace muy cómodo, aunque posiblemente un poco desconcertante si estás recorriendo las encantadoras carreteras del Reino Unido, especialmente porque el coche tiene más de dos metros de ancho.

Dado el tamaño y la masa del Ghost, no es sorprendente que haya algo de balanceo e inclinación en las curvas, una razón más para ser siempre tan suave con las entradas. Pero pide la potencia disponible y el Fantasma se moverá de verdad. No hay cambios frenéticos de marcha o picos de revoluciones, porque el Fantasma acelera a su manera. Así que cuando aprietas el acelerador hay un zumbido en el corazón del motor y un elegante empujón en la parte de atrás mientras la velocidad se multiplica rápidamente.

La calidad de la conducción y el confort son quizás las cualidades más

sobresalientes del Fantasma, pero lo que lo lleva al siguiente nivel es el Sistema de Suspensión Planar de Rolls-Royce, diseñado para suavizar aún más los tropezones y baches que se puedan sentir en la carretera. Añade a esto el sistema Flagbearer, que utiliza cámaras en el parabrisas para escanear la carretera y configurar la suspensión para afrontar mejor los baches inminentes, y el resultado es bastante notable. El Fantasma se desliza sin esfuerzo por la carretera; es difícil pensar en un coche más relajante y acogedor para cubrir el terreno.

Como era de esperar de un coche de 250.000 libras, el ajuste y el acabado es bastante perfecto, y Rolls ha “despejado” el habitáculo quitando algunos botones y limpiando la consola central. El interior puede ser revestido con cualquier tipo de madera, cuero o piel de animal que los clientes pidan; las combinaciones son casi infinitas. También encontrará una lista de extras opcionales que no parecerían fuera de lugar en un hotel boutique, como alfombras de lana de cordero, una cámara frigorífica central (una nevera para usted y para mí), una configuración de teatro para los asientos traseros, mesas de picnic y un confortable sistema de acceso. Sin embargo, no hay precios disponibles para las opciones individuales. En primer lugar porque eso sería un poco grosero, y en segundo lugar, Rolls Royce dice que sus clientes no necesitan saber estos precios; si lo quieren, lo tendrán.

he title for “the hottest chilli pepper” is something that is challenged more often than you may expect.

Every year, hot pepper cultivators find a new mix of hybrid, soil, and temperature to create peppers that will combat for the top position. The competition is fierce.

The Guinness Book Of World Records are the official adjudicators and have a grading system in place which is based on the potential peak heat of the pepper, via their total ‘Scoville Heat Units’ - referred to as (SHU). Scoville heat units, are simply a measurement of the number of times capsaicin needs to be diluted by sugarwater. The number of Scoville Heat Units in a pepper or even hot sauce indicates the amount of capsaicin present. The higher the Scoville rating, the hotter the pepper.

To give this measurement some meaning, consider that a general jalapeño pepper carries a SHU of around 2500 to 5000 units whilst the once hot pepper champ The Ghost Pepper carries a measurement of around 1,000,000 units! It really says a u

As of this year the top 5 ranked hot chilli peppers of the world are as follows, but one word of caution first. Let the names of these chilies – like Scorpion and Reaper – be a warning. These peppers are hot beyond all comprehension, and, as such, they must be handled carefully and with respect. If you’re going to dance with the devil, wear kitchen gloves, eye goggles, and take great care throughout the cooking process. .

At number 5 we have the ‘Dorset Naga’ with a rating of 1,000,000 to 1,598,227 Scoville heat units.

The Dorset Naga was developed by choosing the seeds of the best possible Naga Morich chillies, creating a popular pepper in itself with a little extra heat.

At number 4 we have the ‘7 Pot Douglah’ with a rating of 923,889 to 1,853,986 Scoville heat units This is not your typical 7 Pot pepper. It ages 54 OCIO magazine

At number 3 we have the ‘Trinidad Moruga Scorpion’ with a rating of 1,200,000 to 2,000,000 Scoville heat units Sporting a killer name, the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion is from Trinidad and Tobago and gets its name from its scorpion-like “tail” that looks like the stinger of, you guessed it, a scorpion. Its heat at its potential peak can be hotter than many pepper sprays.

There’s a sneaky sweet heat to this super-hot pepper – like the ghost pepper it’s a slow burn that doesn’t hit you upon the first bite, but builds over time into a firestorm. Interestingly, the Komodo Dragon chili is unique in the fact that it has found its way into a major supermarket’s store shelves. It’s sold at various TESCO stores in the United Kingdom.

At number 1 we have the ‘Carolina Reaper’, the hottest chilli pepper in the world today with a rating of 1,500,000 to 2,300,000 Scoville heat units As of November 2013, the aptly named Carolina Reaper has been the Guinness Book of World Record’s official hottest pepper in the world. It’s a United States hot pepper variety from South Carolina.

The Carolina Reaper has a fruitiness to it, and the PuckerButt Pepper Company (the growers behind the Reaper) have grown it to be a super-hot that doesn’t skimp on overall flavour. En el número 5 tenemos el ‘Dorset Naga’ con una clasificación de 1.000.000 a 1.598.227 unidades de picor Scoville.

El Dorset Naga es una especie de súper Naga Morich. Fue desarrollado eligiendo las semillas de los mejores chiles Naga Morich posibles, creando un pimiento popular en sí mismo con un poco de picor extra.

En el número 4 tenemos el ‘7 Pot Douglah’ con una clasificación de 923.889 a 1.853.986 unidades de picor Scoville

El 7 Pot Douglah no es el típico pimiento de 7 Pot. Se envejece hasta un marrón chocolate y tiene más sabor dulce y a nuez que a fruta.

En el número 3 tenemos el “Escorpión de Trinidad Moruga” con una calificación de 1.200.000 a 2.000.000 de unidades de picor Scoville El escorpión moruga de Trinidad es de Trinidad y Tobago y recibe su apodo de su “cola” de escorpión que parece el aguijón de un escorpión. Su picor en su pico potencial alcanza los 2 millones de unidades de calor Scoville, lo que coloca al escorpión moruga entre los pimientos que pueden ser más picantes que muchos aerosoles de pimienta.

En el número 2 tenemos el “Dragón Pimienta de Komodo” con una clasificación de 1.400.000 a 2.200.000 unidades de picor Scoville. Con un picor comparable al del pimiento más picante del mundo, el Dragón de Komodo tiene un picante que se derrite en la cara.

Este pimiento súper picante tiene un picor dulce y sigiloso. Como el pimiento fantasma, es una combustión lenta que no te golpea al primer mordisco, sino que con el tiempo se convierte en una tormenta de fuego. Curiosamente, el chile del Dragón de Komodo es único en el hecho de que encontró su camino en los estantes de las tiendas de un gran supermercado.

Classic Spanish ‘Estofado’ El Estofado Clásico

E

stofado (or Beef Stew) is a great hearty meal to have on a cold winter’s day or evening. It is tasty, healthy, filling and will warm you through.

I often make a very large pot of it and leave it on the stove for the family to enjoy as they pass in and out of the house. A very important tip to avoid your estofado becoming a soup, (I learned the hard way), is to keep the carrots reasonably large otherwise they melt into the stew and also make sure you use potatoes that will stay in their chunks and not become powdery.

I sometimes use food colouring but this is purely aesthetic so you don’t need to if you don’t want to.

Estofado Ingredients - Serves 4 3 tablespoons of olive oil 500g stewing beef 250g carrots peeled and cut into large chunks 1 medium onion chopped 3 tomatoes skinned and chopped 1 small tin of peas or a handful of fresh peas u

l estofado es una estupenda comida para tomar en un día frío de invierno o por la noche. Es sabroso, sano, llena mucho y hace entrar en calor.

A menudo hago una gran olla y lo dejo en la cocina para que la familia lo disfrute, ya que pasan adentro y fuera de la casa. Un consejo muy importante para evitar que el estofado se convierta en una sopa, ( aprendí la manera difícil), es mantener las zanahorias razonablemente grandes de lo contrario, se desmenuzan en el guiso, y también asegurarse de que utiliza las patatas que se quedarán en sus trozos y no se deshacen . A veces uso colorante alimentario, pero esto es puramente estético por lo que no es necesario si no quieres.

Ingredientes - Para 4 personas 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva 500 g de ternera para guisar 250 g de zanahorias peladas y cortadas en trozos grandes 1 cebolla mediana picada 3 tomates pelados y picados

1 tablespoon of paprika 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon of flour 500g of potatoes peeled and cut into large chunks 1 wineglass of white wine 250ml of beef stock 150ml of water salt freshly ground black pepper Cooking Method Heat half the oil in a large, flameproof cooking pot. Put the meat in the hot oil and brown.

In a small frying pan heat the rest of the oil, add the onion and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the flour and the paprika and fry for 5 minutes more being careful not to burn this mix.

Add the onion mix to the meat pot, add the white wine, stock and water and bring to the boil. Cook this for about an hour and a half.

Add the carrots, chopped tomatoes and a little saffron (or a teaspoon of yellow food colouring) to the pot and cook for about 25 minutes. Then add the potatoes, the peas a little more beef stock if necessary and cook for another 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.

Serve it with some crusty bread. n 1 lata pequeña de guisantes o un puñado de guisantes frescos 1 cucharada de pimentón 2 dientes de ajo finamente picados 1 cucharadita de harina 500 g de patatas peladas y cortadas en trozos grandes 1 copa de vino blanco 250 ml de caldo de carne 150 ml de agua sal pimienta recién molida negro Método de cocción

Calentar la mitad del aceite en una olla grande a prueba de fuego. Ponga la carne en el aceite caliente y reogue.

En una pequeña sartén calentar el resto del aceite, añadir la cebolla y el ajo y freír durante unos 5 minutos. Añadir la harina y el pimentón y sofreír durante 5 minutos más con cuidado de no quemar esta mezcla.

Agregue la mezcla de cebolla a la olla de la carne, añadir el vino blanco, el caldo y el agua y llevar a ebullición. Cocine esto por alrededor de una hora y media. Añada las zanahorias, los tomates picados y un poco de azafrán (o una cucharadita de colorante) a la olla y cocine por unos 25 minutos. A continuación, añadir las patatas, los guisantes, un poco más de caldo de carne si es necesario y cocinar por otros 20 -25 minutos hasta que las patatas estén cocidas.

Servir con un poco de pan crujiente. n
